The acomodations are comfortable but the highlight is the desk service , they are all really nice and helpfull , especially Wendy and Victor
Be Casa is a nice concept and the team makes every effort to make you feel comfortable during your stay. The reception team of Victor, Veronica, Wendy and Davis are quick to help and solution driven, apart from being very kind and polite.
The staff in Becasa San Sebastián reception especially Victor, David, Wendy, Stefen are very polite, very friendly and kind to customer. They are giving attention when ever requested. Kind to kids and helping in understanding all queries. Appreciate them for all hospitality.
Viktor is an extremly helpful guy, when I arrived at Be Casa after a dreadful day he told me go upstairs have a shower I'll order you a pizza. (by the way he also delivered it to my doorstep)

Be Casa is amazing. Super clean apartments. Really good location with underground parking. Most of all the staff are 7 star. Victor and Stephan are outstanding. This apartment complex has everything. I highly recommend.
