Absolutely loved this place. Apartments are fab. Gorgeous pool, rooftop bar and restaurant. And not forgetting the exercise studio. Such a relaxing vibe here . Highly recommend it
The apartment was OK but it definitely needs updating and fixing (shower didn’t close properly so we had to clean the floor every single time, walls and table marked, sofa’s cushions would easily move from place, bed headboard worn, etc.).
When we arrived, we found a remote control for the living room TV which was missing the battery cover and the batteries were dead and only one remote for the ceiling vents of the two bedrooms so I went to reception were a worker told me he had no batteries but I could use the one for the bedroom TV and no idea about the remote for the ventilator and eventually, the day after maintenance would come and fix it.
Well, we had to leave the ventilator remote in the kitchen so that we could both use it, which meant getting out of bed to go get it and put it back. Day after, they came and changed the batteries but still left us with one remote control only for the vents.
Swimming pool would get crowded quickly so we never used it.
Position is key as it is close to the main restaurant and shopping area of Corralejo; receptionists were nice and welcoming but did not look as they were very prepared and aware of policies and amenities.
Great place with a beautiful terrace and garden. Apartments are clean and new and it even smells good. Fully recommended!
Beat hotel on the Island, great staff, rooms are furnished to a high finish.
