1 year ago I came to live in the Coliving Mallorca. What a great experience. A coliving is a fantastic way to live. Every time you meet new people, each with their own story, cultural habits and reasons to come to Barcelona. The Coliving has a wonderful staff that arranges everything around the Coliving. The common areas get cleaned every day, but the Colivers are responsible for what happens after cleaning, so we clean and tidy everything up if we use something. The Internet is good and fast, the rooms are spacious, there is a kitchen and a living room where you can chat with fellow Colivers. Coliving is not a hostel, not a student house and certainly not a home with mom who cleans up after you, but it is an appartement that you share with others, where you feel at home, where you respect each other and learn from each other. For me a great way to live in one of the best, nicest and centrally located areas of Barcelona. What makes Coliving CoImpact so special: the staff is always there for you, problems are solved immediately and they keep us up to date with what to do in you spare time in Barcelona.
I stayed for a month last year during the autumn for a "workation" (in 2 different rooms) and I'm very happy with my over all experience. The apartment has an excellent location and CoImpact has great staff which are very keen about the community and service/cleaning. It felt safe having them around. There was a nice mix of colivers and as a digital nomad this option is great since there are not so many other options in town that will let you stay for 1 month minimum and has flexible move-ins for a reasonable cost. My only "criticism" are about the amenities - the kitchen is quite small for hosting 14 people, and the cooking appliances needs an update. The rooms and the common area could also need some interior love like curtains and other things to make it more "homey" and also to improve the room acoustics. Would come back for a similar stay :)
I stayed in their Mallorca apartment and i was pleased with the overall experience. The staff are amazing, location is excellent, and they really look after their guests really well! Any issues they are very prompt to deal with it. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and would love stay again on my next trip! Cheers
The staff is professional and reasonable. The kitchen has basically anything you need. The bathrooms are cleaned well and daily with there almost never being a wait (maybe twice in my three months).
Everything was absolutely perfect about this place! The whole apartment is clean, the room was spacious and had everything necessary to live and work comfortably, the kitchen is well equipped, laundry is easy to use and in the apartment itself, but most of all the staff and people were wonderful to meet and interact with!
