Komune Living offers a complete package to cater to my needs while working during travel. They provide a pleasant co-working space (both indoor and outdoor) equipped with a microwave for heating your lunch or dinner. A fairly spacious kitchen and a laundry room are also available. You can get in touch with the hotel receptionist to use the kitchen and purchase laundry coins at the reception. My favorite spot was the game room! The room I stayed in was not overly spacious for two people and included a small refrigerator. Refillable drinking water is provided on every floor. The Komune Living team was helpful and friendly; they even arranged for their IT team to resolve my internet connection issue.
For the price I paid, this was a steal. The room is basic but it’s well kept and the bed is comfortable. Location is good , staff great and I enjoyed the rooftop pool! Thank you so much! Would definitely recommend this to solo travelers, or if you are traveling on a business trip!
It seems like i am not the first customer who complain about them. The receptionists are trained to answer: "this is a 3 star hotel".
What? Three stars hotel so the service have to be bad???
I went to budget hotel also have better service than them!
No bottle water provided. When i call reception using the room phone, no body answer.

Anyway, the receptionist's smile is a plus.
And the room is clean.
At the beginning, I said it was a walkin, but the staff check reservation and it took 20 minutes of checking.After reminding to realize that it was a walkin,wasted my time. Then give the wrong card, can not go up the stairs, before and after 3 times up and down the staff give the right room card, deal with an hour before checkin to the room. The environment is good, service experience is very bad, and why the room don’t have mineral water and hair dryer?The staff like high on drugs is very unconscious😡
checked in services is "Good" as it is. It can challenge your good mood to hell.
Stand in a queue for more than 40 minutes. Front Desk only 1 ppl working. Cannot find book details. The only solution is to ask the guest to wait and re-queue.
