Best location ever if you want to visit KL and area surrounding, convenient is the word. Hotel cleanliness is something to praise, no in room coffee or drinking water bottles provided though but can refill from the water dispenser that ready at each floor corridor. However, bad is the LRT railway is too near and it is very noisy. Especially at 6am, can’t really sleep over 7am due to the noise. Maybe rooms that facing another side will be better.
Whoever is in charge of housekeeping, is bringing a bad name name to the hotel. No sense of hospitalilty and customer service. I have been a long term guest as well here and even petty requests like cleaning day/time are denied. Even if u are sleeping with don't disturb on in the morning, they will refuse to clean later. The guy who manages housekeeping seems to be determined to be not flexible, a stark contrast to the hospitality you see in other hotels in Malaysia and the politness in malay culture.
The management has changed, the previous Chinese manager Jeffery was very helpful.
They have even shifted the chairs from rooftop pool side that had a nice view. Now the chairs are placed on the other side where no wind blows and its hot. The place used to be lively in the evening with a relaxation atmosphere, now no more.
The most comfy place to stay, i stayed here for 3 nights & i really enjoyed staying here. The hotel cleanness can be improved as there’s stain mark on toilet but overall satisfied. The highlight is the excellent service from front desk Izhar, Haziq Zain & chuna as they have been helpful throughout my stay. From warm welcoming from the manager till the co time by haziq was truly amazing. Will surely come back to stay here!!
I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The reception team was very nice and extremely helpful, especially Haziq Zain and Angie. They were welcoming, attentive, and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Their friendly attitude truly enhanced my stay, and I really appreciate the excellent service provided.
The hotel is located behind Southlink Apartment, about a 10–15 minute walk to University or Kerinchi LRT Station. Rooms are clean, modern, and apartment-style, though not very spacious, and the toilet is shared. Check-in can be a bit slow and there’s no bellboy, but overall service is fine. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to several areas in Kuala Lumpur (ask the receptionist for booking and schedule). The swimming pool is nice, though it gets crowded on weekends with families and kids.
Worst hotel ever. Bad customer service, very rude and not cooperating. As for rooms, all lies, stating it's queen bed while it's actually single and half. Small rooms with no soap, shampoo, slippers, drinking water, coffee or tea, no trash can in toilet, and even air conditioning is not maintained. Please stay away from it even if location is tempting and reception looks fancy 👎🏻
The hotel environment is nice, they provided water station instead of water bottles, great step of less pollution.
The rooms are nice, view is decent la, depends which side you are on.
Location wise, if you walk from Universiti MRT station, it will be a long walk if the Gateway Mall has closed the door access as the shortcut. You have to walk around the whole building and go up the road 🛣️ and turn left and you will see the Gateway on your left and South link on your right.
If you are staying here and want a late night trip to go back to your accomodations, do keep in mind you have to grab a Taxi / Bolt / Grab.
