Recent stay at Komune Living (Room 1605 - 25 Oct - 28 Oct 2025) The room and hotel were okay overall, but the room was quite small — not much space to move around. What really surprised me was that the hotel charges for almost everything! I needed an extra towel, and they said it costs RM8 for a one-time-use towel. Then when I asked for a plate, they didn’t even provide one — even though the room has a cabinet, refrigerator, and sink. So weird. Also, guests have to go all the way down to Level 1 just to iron clothes, which is really inconvenient. And not to mention, the LRT station is actually quite far — I thought I could just walk there, but nope… ended up taking Grab instead. Lastly, the shower drain was stuck — after just 5 minutes, the water already started pooling up. It was so uncomfortable. Hmm, not the best stay for me.
This incredible location boasts friendly and efficient staff, amazing restaurants nearby, and clean, modern rooms. The well-maintained building ensures everything works perfectly, and the gym and pool are top notch. The price is reasonable, offering great value for the cost. Overall, I highly recommend this place!
Second time here. A very good service from Angelicca!! Arrived early around 12.30pm and requested early check in for birthday decoration for my loves one, luckily have available room so that I could checked in early. Overall everything was good, beside the hotel have a mall, can easily find food to eat. Parking flat rate at RM6 per entry for Hotel guest. Room was clean and superb.
Very poor service. I forgot to take my pouch and a big box of chocolate from my room. I enquired about it the next day at the reception, but they said they only found the pouch but not the chocolate box. They exactly knew one of their staffs had taken it during cleaning service but never wanted to check it out. Both the pouch and the box of chocolate was kept together in a plastic cover. How can someone not see the box but only the pouch. It was a big box too. Not safe to stay in this hotel. Your things are not safe here. Once they find anything valuable, they keep it.
I’m a regular guest here, and I’d like to give special thanks to Mr.Hazigamat and Mr.Hamizan for their excellent service. They are attentive, communicate well, and always make my stay pleasant. Really appreciate it! However, I do hope Komune Living can improve the soundproofing soon. the noise from the road through the door and windows can be quite loud at times.
First time staying at Komune Living. The price is affordable and although the room is small, it’s clean and comfortable. Check-in was very easy with the machine. If you’re on a lower floor, you might hear the LRT passing by. Breakfast buffet is decent, and the location is very convenient. It just a short walk to SouthLink for a quick meal before work. Facilities include a small gym and pool, which is a nice bonus. Overall, a good value stay.
The hotel is super aesthetic and pretty, with plenty of facilities. Cleanliness was okay, air-cond was cold, and the bed was comfy. But the room was quite small — even with just two people, it felt a bit cramped. The toilet was small too, but clean, so no big issue. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking. I knew it was paid parking, but I had no idea we could get the RM6 rate instead of RM12. During check-in, the receptionist didn’t tell us we had to go to the counter to claim the hotel guest rate before exiting. So for 3 days and 2 nights, we ended up paying RM12 each time we went out — total RM36 for parking! Only during check-out did they tell us how it actually works. Kinda disappointing, but at least they apologized. Would I stay again? Probably not. The in-and-out parking process was too much of a hassle.
