Thank you for the lovely stay! I really enjoyed the very vintage looking hotel! The location is great to visit the beaches and city centre, but it's in a quiet neighbourhood. The room was super cute and clean. The heart of this hotel is definitely the staff! So friendly and helpful! 🧡 highly recommended!
Stayed in the women's dorm with my 60 year old mother for a few days. We loved it so much that on our arrival back from Spain, we extended our trip to stay at the hotel for a few more days. Room and bathroom were unbelievably clean and beds are extremely comfortable. The hotel definitely attracts a lovely nature of people which made our stay friendly and welcoming. I mostly loved conversations with Zahara, the owner of the hotel, who can recommend a wide variety of places to visit in Biarritz. Staff are equally as friendly and inclusive and can really assist with any needs you may have during your stay. Location is perfect, in walking distance to all the main attractions. Highly recommend if looking for something that feels a lot like home.
I stayed in the female dormitory for 5 nights. The hotel is very nice, situated 10 min walk to the seaside and approx 15 min to centre. The staff is very nice as well. I would recommend it, but as a recommendation to the owner, I would suggest to improve the conditions for co-living: on the website, it is written that a fully equipped kitchen is available, but I was disappointed to find only a microwave in the hallway. For a comfortable co-living, a minimum of a fridge and cutlery/plates would be necessary. Also a bathroom in the hallway would increase the comfort for those staying in the dorm. I hope this is helpful for both the owner and the customers!
ust stayed at Saint Charles and it was absolutely wonderful. I stayed and I mixed dorm and I never slept so good in a “Hostel”. The hotel is absolutely beautiful! It is really close to the beach and you have many shops and places to eat nearby. I didn’t try the breakfast, but I had coffee every morning, which was served with milk and sugar and for only 2,50 you almost got half a liter! I will definitely recommend this place and hopefully be back soon! Thanks for everything and warm regards from Germany :)
Great experience in the room with terrace, my wife and I enjoyed every day of the full week stay.
The staff and the owner are really great and welcoming, always keen to help whenever needed.
We found our little green spot when we come to Biarritz. Greatly recommend it.
