That I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 week long stay here would be an understatement! Let me start with the staff; they are absolutely amazing! They care deeply about their guests and make them feel at home. Mansi is so lovely! She is super dedicated to planning events and outings that bring the guests together. She also knows the hiking routes really well and is an excellent travel companion. Kripu ji is a skilled property manager. He coordinates with the staff and ensures you get whatever you need for a comfortable stay. Above all, he is a joy to be around.
Void is tucked away in a green and peaceful corner while being easily accessible and within walking (hiking) distance from both Dharamkot and McLeod Ganj.
My room was spacious, clean, comfortable and the view from the balcony was stellar. We also watched the Geminids meteor shower from Void's rooftop. :) The workstation is well equipped and the entire property offers great internet connectivity and power backup for remote work.
The food offered at the cafe is the best in Bhagsu. I liked every single item I tried there. They can also prepare more elaborate or simpler items on request.
Overall, Void exponentially exceeded my expectations.
The Void is a great place. The location, the house, the people, the food. The café feels like a living room in your home. There is always a good conversation or a smile waiting :) And every question or need that one has finds it's answers. It is right there in Bhagsu not far from the waterfall and only a few minutes walk to McLeod and Dharamkot. A great location as well to go for a hike. The rooms and bathrooms are very nice and clean. Thank you for the great time :)
Excellent location and friendly host. Rooms were super clean and there are names written in front of the room which was super cool. Host helped us through out the stay by helping us to explore places in Dharamshala, providing kitchen access since we had toddler even though kitchen was private, helping us to procure milk packets during early morning and late evening, providing complimentary electric blanket after requesting them, always available and reachable. Cafe food was good and it was served super hot. There are bunch of games which you can play, read books, do Work from cafe etc., only one suggestion is to provide heater complimentary since weather was extreme cold during winter.
I had the most fulfilling and amazing experience at The Void. The rooms and service and food was top notch. Karthik was very friendly and went on hikes with us as well.
Would definitely recommend people to book this stay if you want a very homely experience along with a very beautiful co-working space and pretty friendly staff 😃
An excellent place to stay, work, unwind and rediscover oneself.
The rooms are spacious, calming and have 24 hours hot water :-).
The co-working place has fast WiFi, comfortable chairs and quiet atmosphere.
The cafe has a vibe, attracts amazing people and some yum food.
The musical evenings, sunset hikes and events organised by Kartik were simply amazing! He was a very caring, helpful and enthusiastic host!
