This is probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The living kitchen (and communal space) on the top floor is unbelievable. I have to thank Liz the head chef for making things so easy and incredible for me. I have a very difficult time eating out when I travel because I have so many dietary restrictions. She offered to go out of her way to cook something special for me (during lunch is a buffet and already established). The food is incredible and the space is beautiful. Also the staff was so nice and charming. Even when I sat in the wrong space (or couldn’t figure out how to turn off the shower 😭) everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are modern and clean and it is so convenient to have a kitchen in the room. Their mission of sustainability is a huge perk. I wish they had one of these in every major city. Fan for life!
Stayed for 3 nights here recently. It was fantastic in every way...the rooms are mini apartments with everything you need and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is also fab. They surprised us with a lovely gift for our anniversary too. Thanks for everything 🥰
The head chef Liz is fantastic, the food is of a high quality, the views are incredible and their breakfast buffet is packed with variety. To order, try the Smoked Salmon breakfast and hope that you are not too hooked.
I don’t really look at mishaps of a place in general at first glance because one can always find a place when they are having a bad day. Therefore, my consensus in the number of times I am at Zoku is that it is a place that is very consistent in keeping their culture and what they say they represent. A well deserved 5 stars.
Loved the hotel, nice elegant and practical rooms, amazing roof top, and staff (special thanks for Dora 🫶🏻). The best part is that after check out, the Zoku experience is nit over, so if you have a late flight, you can leave you luggage in a locker, get them whenever needed and still be able to take a shower!
The location is great too with a direct line to the main train station and airport.
I stayed for 5 nights here for a conference. The location is very convenient. Rooms and facilities are well designed. Every single staff I talk to was very helpful. It was such a delight to stay here. I would recommend to anyone, especially the XL room type!
