Wenn wir vor einem Problem stehen denken wir vielfach, dass wir gleich alles über den Haufen werfen müssen. Wir hinterfragen erst garnicht, sondern kritisieren unsere eigene Arbeit. Im schlimmsten Fall zweifeln wir gleich an uns selbst. Aber oft ist es doch so, wenn wir die Dinge aus einem anderen Blickwinkel betrachten, plötzlich eine Lösung erkennen.
In meinem Job berate ich unter anderem Menschen, die gerade an einem Punkt stehen an dem sie aktuell nicht weiterkommen oder zweifeln. Meistens reicht es dann schon, die Dinge aus einer anderen Perspektive zu durchleuchten und aufzuzeigen was schon sehr gut läuft. Gemeinsam stellen wir aber auch gezielte Fragen die uns die richtigen Antworten liefern und wenn nötig, bauen wir gemeinsam darauf auf.

Ada yang bilang "Kak Angel usianya udah 30+ tapi kok nggak gila hormat ya sama yang lebih muda? Kalau ngobrol nggak berjarak, kalau ngasih saran nggak menggurui. Kalau terima kritik nggak baper. Kenapa kak? Kok bisa gitu?"
Aduh makasih loh dibilang tua (hedeh). Makasih banget loh, mau terbang dikit lagi.
Pertama sih, buat apa gila hormat beta ini bukan pemimpin upacara. Kedua beta bukan guru jadi nggak bisa menggurui memang. Ketiga beta diajarkan untuk berpikir kritis terhadap sesuatu jadi ya harus bisa dikritisi juga. Kenapa gitu? Biar awet muda donk terbukti khan 🤭. Kok bisa? Mungkin karena beta sering mandi. Kalau lagi sebel mandi, lagi marah mandi, lagi bete mandi, abis gibah mandi, pokoknya banyakin mandi aja. Abis difoto mandi. Abis mandi mashookk angin.

1 Januari 2021 langsung dapat ujian hidoep. Untung akutuh sekarang bisa lebih santuy anaknya. Berkat sering tarik nafas hembuskan tarik nafas hembuskan waktu yoga kali ya?

Yok bisa yok, rutin yoga lagi, makan lebih sehat, biar nggak langganan simvastatin terus (pork belly memang jahat). Kalau ditanya mau apa di tahun ini? Mau lebih mengasihi diri sendiri aja.
