Balu is a fantastic place located in a nice area of Laureles, with a lot going on! The owners have really done something special with creating it, because folks keep returning there and they have built a great community.

Balu is by far the best choice for coliving in Medellin. I’ve been working remotely and travelling the world for 2 years, and I can say that Balu has been my favourite coliving experience. The atmosphere makes it easy to make new friends, and participate in many hobbies and day trips. Practical wise, every room has AC, en-suite bathroom, TV and a large desk - ideal for working. Plus the owners are super friendly and helpful. Look forward to returning some day!!
