Terrible customer service!👎
Nobody answers phones, nobody responds to emails, and apparently they are too "busy" to schedule tours as told by the front desk employee.. and you can't even schedule one online.. do yourself a favor and skip the headache of this place. Also, the interior furniture is cheap looking and tacky, and the front desk check-in area and crew are a total cringe. I've seen better service and reception areas from lower star hotels.
What an absolute total embarrassment for a brand new establishment.. you can do a lot better!
Customer service is non-existent! I called and emailed with no response. It is very difficult to get ahold of someone who can help, so I went in person on their "grand opening" day and it was a joke. :( The front desk looked very depressing and unwelcoming. The lady at the front desk told me that I had to go back to the website to schedule a tour, after I had informed her about the scheduling issues on the site. Usually the front desk team can help you get that scheduled on their computer/system. And almost 3 weeks later, there's been NO RESPONSE from anyone at all. Don't be fooled by the "nice" pictures on their website or their Instagram. If this is my experience just trying to get information, I can only imagine the experience of those who will actually live here. SOLID PASS!
I stayed here for a few days from the United States and found this to be such a beautiful rental community with amazing facilities and the most helpful staff (ask for Maria!). Gorgeous finishes within the unit, the best air conditioner, and daily housekeeping is available. Within easy walking distance of multiple restaurants, bars, shopping malls, and the Metro to take you into the Madrid city center!
Absolutely great. I lived there for 4 months with my dog teddy and it was an amazing experience. Great apartments and great staff. Thank you!
What a great stay we had! Beautiful apartment with two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchenette. The place has a shopping nearby and a lot of restaurants and all kind of stores. Everything was very clean and the staff was great! The only thing we felt missing was the wi-fi connection. It simply didn't work.
