Nestled right in the quiet and lovely Lower Burns Park neighborhood. For some quick groceries, there is the Venue Market & Cafe, Produce Station and Argus Farm Stop just a few blocks away. Venue by 4M, our new restaurant/bar and coworking space, is an easy walk right down the street. For a quick & delicious coffee fix, Venue also has a Market & Cafe in the same building! We are in the sweet spot: very close to downtown, campus, and the football stadium without the hustle and bustle of the downtown area and student life. Quiet, yet lively!

The apartment was perfect! Very modern & sleek with fantastic appliances. It was always clean, as the staff would come each Friday (or whenever a tenant moved out) to clean the unit. The staff was incredibly kind & immediately responsive to any messages. 10/10 would recommend to anyone for a short stay in Ann Arbor!
Staying at 4M is always the best experience. Their properties are perfect for A2, the location is ideal, and the service is tops. Will continue to stay with 4M!
Beautiful home. Very clean and a well stocked kitchen. Plenty of big, fluffy towels. Check in and checkout was very easy. Highly recommend.
I've had an immensely positive experience leasing through Prentice 4M. Their management is highly personable, understanding, and responsive. Not only that! When I've had minor maintenence issues, they are dealt with promptly and correctly.
We stayed for just a weekend and really enjoyed it. A great communal living arrangement and great appliances they have a full kitchen and sections for each room in the fridge and freezer which is pretty cool. Same with dry food area storage, a high end hostel :) rooms had plenty of space and liked how storage was utilized. Friendly neighbors
I have been staying in one of their units while on a work trip, and wow! couldn't be more happy. The entire place is gorgeous, clean, and most importantly very comfortable. Location is perfect, close to downtown, close to grocery stores and shops. The staff is also great, especially Eric who has been extremely communicative, professional, and accommodating. He gave me a tour of the place when I arrived, and showed me the amenities. I will definitely be contacting him again for my next trip.
I Had the best time! I recently stayed here last weekend to get ready for my wedding day! My bridesmaids and I all got ready before heading to Ann Arbor for the wedding ceremony. The entire place was super clean. Adam was very helpful with anything I needed! The vendors who came and helped us get ready all had nice things to say about this place. Spacious, open and easy to accommodate a large group. Would recommend this place 10/10 to anyone wanting to stay here for whatever the reason may be. It’s in a safe location. No problems during my stay.
