This Coliving experience did not suit me. When booking on Booking it was not explained that cleaning would not be done and that the common areas had to be kept clean. Nor that the towels would not be changed during the week and that they had to be washed. They also asked us to buy toilet paper. There was no reception, we corresponded by email.
One of the 2 opaque blinds in the bedroom remained closed because it was broken. I do not recommend it.
I have to say that the service is 10, the facilities are incredible and the rooms are super comfortable.
Absolute tranquility, facilities and super central, 5 minutes from everything.
Without a doubt it is a place to repeat
Very happy with this accommodation, central in Ciutadella and above all with a very quiet atmosphere. The place itself seemed very nice to me and also had all kinds of services at our disposal. Without a doubt, we would repeat.
It is a quiet place, you can breathe peace and tranquility. The room we had was the Camamilla, very spacious and clean.
The common areas are also clean and spacious with island-inspired decor. We loved the garden with various environments. We had a problem with the TV and they did everything possible to solve it. Friendly at all times. They communicated with us to make sure we were comfortable.
Without a doubt when I return it will be my accommodation. I have also recommended it to all my friends and family.
I completely agree with Xavier's opinion.
Positive points:
- the location which is great because 2 minutes walk from the center and two free nearby parking lots
- the very cordial exchanges with the staff and the cleanliness of the common areas.
- the common areas are superb, beautiful property with a large kitchen, a self-service laundry room and a large living room.
Negative points.
We were extremely disappointed.
We booked this hotel because in the photos the rooms were very bright and with beautiful bay windows
We had still taken 6 nights... arriving on site in a very dark ground floor room..
We had to change rooms because the lever pipe in the bathroom was broken and each time a huge leak plunged the bathroom into water...
As a result, staff responsiveness and direct change and we were delighted.
However disappointment.
In the second bedroom, mold in the bathroom and rotten wood.. result when taking our showers all the water flows into the bathroom... into the bedroom.
It was over and the window leaked too and we ended up with the bed soaked..
Certainly the prices are reasonable. But let's not forget that it's a coliving so without the advantages of a hotel.
No cleaning every day but once a week in the room no soap.
So for co-living it's still not cheap and we really need to invest in work because it's unacceptable.
Also very poor insulation. We hear everything...
It's not a hotel but a coliving.
Tourist tax is not included
