Lovely place, lots of facilities, clean and staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! Good choice if you need to stay outside of the city and close to the airport.

The place is a dump. Reception does not care if your room has been cleaned or not. They lie straight to your face, tells you they are going to clean it but they don't do it. So you don't either have clean bedclothes or towels. Coffee and food at the restaurant horrible. Restrooms throughout the facility don't have soap or toilet paper..

All is good, perfect. I live here for 2 years. There are a lot of good things about this place BUT: 1. BUT I’ve been told the air conditioning will turn to the cold mode at the end of APRIL. Now it’s the end of March and I have almost 28 degrees in my apartment. It’s SUPER hot. My apartment is on the sunny side of the building, so all that hot sun comes directly through my window, even when I close the curtains . In Madrid it becomes hot even in March - already. So I guess would be good to turn on the cold mode in conditioner a bit earlier. I guess people who still feel cold at this time of year and need heating - they can put a couple of extra layers on, some sweaters. But people who have 28 degrees in their rooms - what should they do?? It’s impossibly hot. Please, turn the cold mode earlier. I think I’m not the only one suffocating in my apartment 🫣 2. Approximately a month ago , just under my windows , new building has began . And it is SOO loud. They start banging at 8 am in the morning and you wake up having a panic attack because of those sudden sounds . Also - for people like me, who work from home - it’s disastrous. The whole apartment is shaking sometimes because of the works going on there. And it’s going all day long. I think people who live in Be casa could have been informed about such building coming up, so they maybe would have considered moving somewhere else or so. But without any warning, you just wake up one day and it’s all day banging just under your windows 3. The soundproof is very poor. I hear when the neighbours watch TV at the middle of the night, or any music, any loud conversations (late at night) - it’s all very well heard. In your apartment you want to get some privacy, some quietness, but turns out - it’s not up to you, it’s up to your neighbours who decide to watch some thriller in the middle of the night. Usually, they stop when I go and say something, but I don’t want to do that every time I wrote it NOT with negative prospective, but just as points that could be improved 🙏🏻 I guess honest feedback will help you become better and better and I really hope you will consider turning on the cold mode a bit earlier! It’s impossible to live at the apartments with 28 degrees in your room UPDATE as for 4th of April. Now, it’s midnight and it’s +27 degrees in my apartment …. It doesn’t even cool down at night…. Everything else , except those things I mentioned - is great! People, service, the place itself, pet friendliness, location, shops nearby, in something breaks - they will come as soon as possible to fix it! All good! Except for those points

I’ve stayed at Be Casa Rivas several times due to my frequent travel back and forth between the U.S. and Madrid. It’s an incredibly convenient place to stay — truly an all-in-one option and perfectly located. The staff is always very attentive and professional. Rosemary Bandres is especially outstanding — she is super helpful and takes care of every request, including reservations and great local suggestions. Great place, highly recommended!

Had the best time. Reception was awesome and well accommodating, monica was great. She helped us in all our endeavors, it was our first time in Spain and Europe in General. She made us feel welcomed and they even had early check in since an apartment was free

Unfortunately we had a bad experience while trying to book an apartment for a longer duration stay. We were told, on the phone, by a sales consultant that there was availability for the type of apartment and length of stay we required and that we would receive an offer for this apartment by email so as to complete the process and reserve the apartment. The following day, when the email had not come we were told that there was no availability for this apartment type and it was impossible to book. However, what is more is the the customer service was dreadful - one of the commercial team (Maria) was very rude, impatient and unhelpful - getting herself irritated and raising her voice. Not a good experience.

I really loved this place, it was a last minute stay but it was very comfortable. Has wash a dryer for a fee. A couple of things I didnt like: Thankfully I had friends in the building that live there and let me borrow the outlet converter but if it wasnt for them I wouldn't have known I needed those and im not sure if they even provided this at the front desk. I didnt like that it was so difficult to be able to connect my phone to the TV to watch something, if I wasnt tech savy this wouldve sucked. There was no iron which im used to being provided but its fine, and I wished I wouldve gotten some type of paper that explained certain things during the stay. also I wish I knew the pool was closed during our stay due to the season. the weather was perfect for a pool day. overall I would definitely recommend. I would come back, price was great too!

Beautiful environment and atmosphere, lovely staff, has been so lovely to settle in
