Unfortunately we had a bad experience while trying to book an apartment for a longer duration stay. We were told, on the phone, by a sales consultant that there was availability for the type of apartment and length of stay we required and that we would receive an offer for this apartment by email so as to complete the process and reserve the apartment. The following day, when the email had not come we were told that there was no availability for this apartment type and it was impossible to book. However, what is more is the the customer service was dreadful - one of the commercial team (Maria) was very rude, impatient and unhelpful - getting herself irritated and raising her voice. Not a good experience.
I really loved this place, it was a last minute stay but it was very comfortable. Has wash a dryer for a fee. A couple of things I didnt like: Thankfully I had friends in the building that live there and let me borrow the outlet converter but if it wasnt for them I wouldn't have known I needed those and im not sure if they even provided this at the front desk. I didnt like that it was so difficult to be able to connect my phone to the TV to watch something, if I wasnt tech savy this wouldve sucked. There was no iron which im used to being provided but its fine, and I wished I wouldve gotten some type of paper that explained certain things during the stay. also I wish I knew the pool was closed during our stay due to the season. the weather was perfect for a pool day. overall I would definitely recommend. I would come back, price was great too!
Beautiful environment and atmosphere, lovely staff, has been so lovely to settle in
Becasa Rivas is a wonderful place to live. Everything is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It has access to everything you need — shops, public transport, and services are all close by. The location is convenient, the facilities are excellent, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I’m very happy with my experience here.
Amazing stay and must to stay away from the mist of traffic , highly recommended
Clean, quiet, modern and comfy. Friendly staff.
Apartments are really cozy and beautiful and all shared rooms are amazing. Building is at peaceful and quite surrounding, very well connected with Madrid. People who are working here are really nice, kind and professional (besides two nervous girls on reception) and they are very helpful. Wifi is fast and working very well. Pets here are really welcome as well ❤️ But I am very frustrated with tv, since it didn't work at all when I arrive. It took one week that they change it and when they change it most of the days I can't connect to my Chromecast. So, that means I couldn't watch Netflix and TV is pretty useless. Also, people on receptions made appointment for your problem and then when you are waiting in your flat nobody is coming and you need to go to reception few times before someone actually come and it's exhausting. Next, I noticed that my flat don't have decoration photographs in living room and bathroom as other apartments. Price for washing machines are high, especially if you are living here 3 - 6 + months. General for now 3/5.
