🏨 has short staysFine for a workation, but guest turnover works against coliving principles, reducing community cohesion. What is coliving?⌨️ non-ergonomic workspaceEither or both proper desks and chairs missing, though a workspace is separated allowing focus.🤷 ranks poorlyAs a 'coliving' this space may not meet expectations — yet may be acceptable if you're not expecting too much. Hi, Becasa service was very good and amazing.. Everyone were and are very good except one employee who is Victor.. He does everything except helping the clients.. He is always on his mobile phone and never receives complaints and when i asked him for a help he kept a very annoying face which i haven’t liked.. everything was fine except him..
I’m currently staying at Be Casa in San Sebastián de los Reyes, and it’s been a fantastic experience so far. The apartment is spacious, modern, and feels like home, perfect for both relaxing and getting work done. Everything is clean and well-maintained, and the team here has been super friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything.
I really appreciate the quiet atmosphere and the convenience of the location. Plus, the fact that they encourage feedback and offer a discount for sharing your opinion shows they genuinely care about their guests.
Looking forward to the rest of my stay!
I am a foreigner that was going to rent an apartment for 7 months here. All my documents are in place - work contract, bank statement, NIE, but not with the EU company. I was asked for a 100% advance payment. Ok, even though it is not completely understandable since I can prove my stable income, but who I am to set my own conditions. I agreed for the advance payment for 7000 euros + 1000 eur fianza. What I completely don’t understand is why they can’t show me my room!! I suppose to pay 7000 euros without the possibility to cancel and get a refund and I can’t even see what I supposed to pay for!? I realise that situation with the housing in Madrid is hard and property owners can basically demand whatever and get their tenants still, but at least try to be humans!! So fed up. The beauty of this place is ruined by this robotic approach of the stuff.
What representative answered below is a bullshit. I came to pay the requested amount 2 days before the check in and was REFUSED to see the room!
As a result I got a room with a terrace UNDER THE GROUND. I then spent 1 week trying to get a better room. I was willing to pay the price difference. Guess what🧐 they said that since my rate is non refundable they can’t charge the difference. I will get penalty for cancellation -7000 € and yes, have to pay for the new room 100%x7 month. I had to go crying to a manager to be moved to another room
BeCasa itself is an amazing experience but the workers at the balie. One of the most disrespectful people you will ever found. The mock people. When I was short of money because I loan people money they mock and laugh at me talking in Spanish forgetting I was translating what they were saying. BeCasa is a great please but avoid the vultures at the reception
Great place for long and short term accommodations. Staff will do their utmost to assist with anything, rooms are small (at least the ones I've tried) but functional.
I just wanted to give a shout out to Receptionist > Victor for his excellent service. He came up to help us with an issue with the TV, and he handled everything quickly and professionally. He was super friendly and respectful, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Really appreciate the great attitude and support!
It’s always nice to deal with someone who’s not just efficient, but also genuinely kind and helpful. Thanks again!
Nestled in San Sebastián de los Reyes, Be Casa is a modern concept of accommodation designed with convenience and comfort in mind. The property offers a balance between functionality and aesthetic, catering to both short-term and extended stays.
The room I stayed in felt more like a small, well-thought-out apartment than a standard hotel room. It was equipped with a kitchenette, a comfortable bed, and a compact yet practical workspace. The design was minimalistic but not sparse, with warm tones and clever lighting that gave the space a welcoming ambiance. Everything appeared to be well-maintained and clean, which added to the overall comfort.
The location is another advantage. Situated in a quiet area of San Sebastián de los Reyes, it’s close to shopping centers and restaurants, yet it maintains a calm, residential feel. Accessibility is straightforward, with public transport options nearby, making it convenient for exploring Madrid
