The room I stayed in felt more like a small, well-thought-out apartment than a standard hotel room. It was equipped with a kitchenette, a comfortable bed, and a compact yet practical workspace. The design was minimalistic but not sparse, with warm tones and clever lighting that gave the space a welcoming ambiance. Everything appeared to be well-maintained and clean, which added to the overall comfort.
The location is another advantage. Situated in a quiet area of San Sebastián de los Reyes, it’s close to shopping centers and restaurants, yet it maintains a calm, residential feel. Accessibility is straightforward, with public transport options nearby, making it convenient for exploring Madrid
I lived with my family for almost 9 months in Be Casa.
I must say the place is great, it really felt like home.
Very clean and had everything we needed.
The staff always did their best to help with everything, from Thursday afternoon movies for the kids, till letting us celebrate our daughter's birthday.
The reception staff was great also, always with a smile and positive attitude.
Jordi and Yolanda always answered any of our concerns and found solutions for everything.
The co-working spaces are great, quite, clean and very comfy.
I am very grateful for the experience and highly recommend it!
I am very happy about Be casa san sebastian de los reyes, i have been to hotels in french and spain and italy and england but Be casa is the best of all of them. I wanna thank the mannager and the assistent manager and all of the other workers because all of them threat everybody with respect.

I am a foreigner that was going to rent an apartment for 7 months here. All my documents are in place - work contract, bank statement, NIE, but not with the EU company. I was asked for a 100% advance payment. Ok, even though it is not completely understandable since I can prove my stable income, but who I am to set my own conditions. I agreed for the advance payment for 7000 euros + 1000 eur fianza. What I completely don’t understand is why they can’t show me my room!! I suppose to pay 7000 euros without the possibility to cancel and get a refund and I can’t even see what I supposed to pay for!? I realise that situation with the housing in Madrid is hard and property owners can basically demand whatever and get their tenants still, but at least try to be humans!! So fed up. The beauty of this place is ruined by this robotic approach of the stuff.
I really had plan to give the hotel the maximum score. But when I have an unexpected situation from which I had to move out, I don’t want to give a high rating.
1. didn’t return the deposit for living with a dog on the next day, and after that. Without a reason!! I am still waiting ( 1 weeks!!)
2. The prepayment was not refunded due to early check-out, besides manager accepted.
3. Administrators do not answer phone calls all day
4. Administrators don’t answer in whatsApp either.
It is not possible to contact the hotel, you have to come in person!!!
All things considered, no recommended if you get with flexible plan and

I was living there for a few months. And i was lucky to have quite neighbors for almost during the entire stay, not taking into account one very loud family, which was soon apparently asked to adhere to the general rules. The personal was friendly. A well-equipped gym with a variety of high-quality modern exercise equipment, which you can use any time. Huge problems with washing machines and dryers. They are in poor condition, and no one cleans them, you can also ruin your clothes And you will not be able to complain anywhere. Everything was fine at the time of entry. From day 2, everything started to break, leak, fall off, crumble; the bathroom always stank of sewage.
There are several supermarkets, cafes, bars near the Hotel, and the whole area is very quiet and peaceful.
The deposit was not returned at the check-out. And they didn't call back and didn't explain anything.
Google if you could multiply the stars to 10, please do.
I don´t usually write a review, and I think I've never gave 5 stars to any hotel or apartment. This time Be Casa San Sebastian de Los Reyes deserves it, and big time!
The Service, the patience and the kindness of Steven is something you do not see a lot. It was so impressive to get assistance from Steven and the team when I encountered an unplanned circumstances. They really care about the guests. For this experience, as long as Steven is there leading the team- This is definitely your place! and I will definitely return.
So not only that the site is well maintained, cleaned and organized, Steven takes the service to the best level you could imagine. Truly impressive.
