We love coming here often, we love the space itself because it’s very comfortable and it gives us the freedom of cooking something in the apartment or enjoy the amazing restaurant with late opening times suitable for long touristic days, another thing we like is the gym which opens until late and is very clean and it has all what you need it for working out. On top of that you have big communal areas which are calm and spacious and also a cinema! Which is a fantastic plus. Easy to park, great transport combination and the employees are always very kind and friendly. We highly recommend this accommodation!
Staying in Be Casa for a quiet long term, a couple of months. Everything is fine here, quiet. You have a places for work and relax. The staff is always friendly, guys on the reception desk always ready to help with any questions, especially wanted to note Geema and Andrea, they always smiling 😊
Moldy, neglected cleaning.
Dirty air filters, I found an empty water bottle next to the sofa, the sofa was stained/dirty, there were no cutlery/plates, etc., the sinks smelled bad.
The staff at the reception were OK, friendly
There is private parking for a fee (but you can also find parking on the street- if you're lucky- but usually there are spots near the location)
Excellent service. Great location. Clean rooms. The receptionist Wendy and others were always cheerful and happy to support.

A fantastic stay during our holiday as a couple! The room was luxurious and very high-tech, which we loved. The service was excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring. It was also wonderfully romantic and peaceful. We highly recommend this hotel!
Hi, Becasa service was very good and amazing.. Everyone were and are very good except one employee who is Victor.. He does everything except helping the clients.. He is always on his mobile phone and never receives complaints and when i asked him for a help he kept a very annoying face which i haven’t liked.. everything was fine except him..
I’m currently staying at Be Casa in San Sebastián de los Reyes, and it’s been a fantastic experience so far. The apartment is spacious, modern, and feels like home, perfect for both relaxing and getting work done. Everything is clean and well-maintained, and the team here has been super friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything.
I really appreciate the quiet atmosphere and the convenience of the location. Plus, the fact that they encourage feedback and offer a discount for sharing your opinion shows they genuinely care about their guests.

I am a foreigner that was going to rent an apartment for 7 months here. All my documents are in place - work contract, bank statement, NIE, but not with the EU company. I was asked for a 100% advance payment. Ok, even though it is not completely understandable since I can prove my stable income, but who I am to set my own conditions. I agreed for the advance payment for 7000 euros + 1000 eur fianza. What I completely don’t understand is why they can’t show me my room!! I suppose to pay 7000 euros without the possibility to cancel and get a refund and I can’t even see what I supposed to pay for!? I realise that situation with the housing in Madrid is hard and property owners can basically demand whatever and get their tenants still, but at least try to be humans!! So fed up. The beauty of this place is ruined by this robotic approach of the stuff.
What representative answered below is a bullshit. I came to pay the requested amount 2 days before the check in and was REFUSED to see the room!
As a result I got a room with a terrace UNDER THE GROUND. I then spent 1 week trying to get a better room. I was willing to pay the price difference. Guess what🧐 they said that since my rate is non refundable they can’t charge the difference. I will get penalty for cancellation -7000 € and yes, have to pay for the new room 100%x7 month. I had to go crying to a manager to be moved to another room
