Extremely bad experience. I’m staying in this place for more than a month. Every night between 01-03 am some women screams outside of her balcony and throw glasses really loud. When I went out finally to the reception and ask them to fix the situation one man at the reception was extremely rude and did nothing, another one said he knows this people and will talk to them but nothing has changed. Highly DO NOT recommend you to stay here, they can’t provide basics: quite at night hours and polite service at the reception.
Really nice building, room was perfect for a short trip, pool was great and plenty of sun beds to go around. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming, for the price an amenities (and close to the airport) a really good option to stay.. made a nice change from a traditional hotel.
As someone who visited different co-living environments, BECASA Valdebebas is by far one of the best & most accommodating apartment complexes Ive seen. Since the first moment you arrive you are received with kindness. The apartments are in great shape and the fact that they are pet friendly is really a life-saver, the people at reception are always trying their best to maintain everyone happy and are very attentive. I highly recommend BECASA Valdebebas.
Nice, clean accommodation near the airport. The staff was very friendly. The town of Valdebebas is also well-kept. There are a few supermarkets in the immediate vicinity and the bus takes you quickly and cheaply to the train station and from there you can easily get to the city center of Madrid.
It is highly recomended! Nice, convenient and clean place. The best are the team. They are all very helpful and cheerful. They do their best to make your stay easy and comfortable. I am happy I chose Be Casa Valdebebas to stay in.

Spacious and great value of money with amazing, helpful staff that they will always greet and smile at you.
Stayed here for almost 8 months and it does make you feel HOME.
I would definitely recommend the building and the neighborhood.
Good place for longer stay, staffs and receptionist very kind. The managers are flexible and accommodative. Good facilities includes gym, indoor sports and social club. Keep up the good work.. much appreciated.
