Be Casa is a 1 star apartment hotel, with the privacy of a flat, the services of a hotel and communal facilities where you can not only live, but also share.
This is my first time in Madrid. Being close to the airport, it helped us a lot to be able to rest and make the most of our short stay.
The reception staff helped us a lot with our questions. They were very friendly and attentive. We would like to come back sometime. Special thanks to Noemi, who helped us get a taxi and accompanied us throughout the process. Sarah and Dunia also helped us with our check-in. Thank you so much, really!! :))
Tons of cigarette trash all over the entrance; residents smoke inside their apartments even though it’s prohibited. That should be restricted. Smoking area is located right in front of the only entrance door, so I have to hold breath when entering because the smell is very strong. It's not OK to allow smoking there, it should be replaced far away from healthy residents.
Sound insulation is not the best — you can hear the neighbors clearly, even if they’re on the other side of the floor: whistling, slamming doors, or snoring loudly.
The ventilation is horrible; if someone in another flat is frying food, the awful smell goes directly into nearby apartments.
The area has become very dusty due to three large construction sites around the property, unfortunately.
Great front of house staff. Terrible back office with the most arrogant and simpleton attitudes I have come across in hospitality. coupled with this, my complaints made about smoke entering my room from smokers directly underneath my window were never dealt with and contravene smoking laws in Spain.
This hotel is the best one, the girls and the people who work here are wonderful and taking care of us in the most beautiful way. It is so pleasant to stay here. Room is amazing, clean and there is a gym you can use! In one word, perfect :)
I love living here. The staff is very supportive in any question. Pet friendly, good coworking area. Their apartment’s bathroom is the best I’ve seen among another buildings.
BUT the cleaning is problematic all the time. Or they don't come, or the cleaning was not complete, or they took a towel they don't need to change and throw away my hair accessary which was on it. Or it;s not possible to replace the cleaning even for 1 day. Also I was asking to check my celling because it has issues in the bathroom. But it was not solved in 3 weeks.
AND I see that it's not prohibited to throw away cigarettes on the group around the entrance, which is also not acceptable. Once my dog step on it and it was disgusting. The admins should or fine it or clean more often the area on the entrance.
I hope this time you will confider my comments about maintenance, Thank you!
The stay was amazing! Sara was a great help upon check in and smooth process. The shower pressure was great after a long travel. There are some restaurants around the area and markets. I Would stay here again if stopping in Madrid.
I would like to thank Magda from the sales team for her excellent support. She was very professional, patient, and helpful in guiding us through the reservation process. Everything was handled in a proper and efficient way, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!
I’ve been living at Be Casa for 8 months now, and overall it has been a very good experience. The facilities are definitely the highlight — the coworking area is spacious and comfortable, the paddle court is a great way to stay active, and the pool area is perfect for relaxing. These shared spaces really add a lot of value to daily life here.
That said, there are some things that could be improved. The room furniture doesn’t have doors, which makes it hard to keep things organized, and the cleaning service in the rooms hasn’t been as consistent or thorough as it should be.
In general, I’m happy with my stay because of the excellent amenities and community feel, but I think the in-room details and cleaning service need more attention.
