I stayed at Be Casa Valdebebas for 5 days, check in was super easy, the concierge team were lovely and so helpful with ordering and communicating to Taxi drivers. The apartments were spotlessly clean and fresh towels were provided. The mattress and pillows were really comfortable, my room had lots of natural light and amazing views over the park. I will absolutely be staying here again!! 5 stars!!
I've been in BeCasa Valdebebas for around two months. Very satisfied so far. The reception and customer service team are AWESOME, very service-oriented and kind (big shout out to Alberto, Augusta, Lara and the rest of their team), also English is spoken throughout the process and by the reception staff. They truly made us feel at home. Facilities are clean, brand new and the apartment itself is also brand new. Internet works well as well. Coworking is nice, quiet and comfortable.
Management and team do a good job in organizing events for bringing together the community :).
One of the reasons we moved here was their pet policy, they're very reasonable with having small pets.
Becasa Valdebebas is extremely good accommodation with neat and clean environment. Especially the service is very friendly and the staff in Commercial and Front desk team are pleasing and helpful with smiling faces always. Great place for foreigners to stay for both short and longer duration. Thanks for the hospitality
Good place for longer stay, staffs and receptionist very kind. The managers are flexible and accommodative. Good facilities includes gym, indoor sports and social club. Keep up the good work.. much appreciated.

Spacious and great value of money with amazing, helpful staff that they will always greet and smile at you.
Stayed here for almost 8 months and it does make you feel HOME.
