🏨 has short staysFine for a workation, but guest turnover works against coliving principles, reducing community cohesion. What is coliving?⌨️ non-ergonomic workspaceEither or both proper desks and chairs missing, though a workspace is separated allowing focus.🤷 ranks poorlyAs a 'coliving' this space may not meet expectations — yet may be acceptable if you're not expecting too much. Be Casa is a 1 star apartment hotel, with the privacy of a flat, the services of a hotel and communal facilities where you can not only live, but also share.

I would like to thank Magda from the sales team for her excellent support. She was very professional, patient, and helpful in guiding us through the reservation process. Everything was handled in a proper and efficient way, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!
I’ve been living at Be Casa for 8 months now, and overall it has been a very good experience. The facilities are definitely the highlight — the coworking area is spacious and comfortable, the paddle court is a great way to stay active, and the pool area is perfect for relaxing. These shared spaces really add a lot of value to daily life here.
That said, there are some things that could be improved. The room furniture doesn’t have doors, which makes it hard to keep things organized, and the cleaning service in the rooms hasn’t been as consistent or thorough as it should be.
In general, I’m happy with my stay because of the excellent amenities and community feel, but I think the in-room details and cleaning service need more attention.
Pool area/chill zone extremely small for the size of the hotel overall, there is never place to chill and very obvious they don't clean it properly or regularly because floor around the pool is always brown etc... Some of the male workers at the reception not so polite and professional. Temperature and general cleanliness of the hotel was nice and pleasant. Some things cannot be overlooked for example new bed sheets have holes and ants on the bed the first night. For the location of the hotel, people working there should put more effort into certain things inside of the room or the way they talk to people/foreigners that decided to stay there during their vacations. It is at the end of a day okay place to stay but nothing special...
Living here for the past 9 months, all the staff members are huge professionals, and very nice people. The coworking area is a good place to concentrate and do some work, the terrace, swimming pool, all amenities are great. The room itself is a little but small to live for a long time, but still worth the money.
In general great place to stay for a couple of nights, or long-term.
Absolute brilliant!! The gym is good, swimming pool also very good! Comfortable bed, the room is very clean, room is also very equipped. Sara is a lovely person who helps a lot at the reception.
Strongly recommend this place.
My experience with the commercial department at Be Casa Valdebebas has been truly exceptional. From the very beginning, I felt supported and well-guided through every step of the process. The team’s kindness, clarity, and professionalism made everything so much easier and more pleasant than I could have imagined.
A special mention to María and Magda, whose warmth and genuine care really stood out. They were always available, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Their personal touch made me feel not just like a client, but truly welcomed.
I’m very grateful for their help and highly recommend Be Casa Valdebebas to anyone looking for a place to stay in Madrid.
Pretty good place! Some issues: 1. I wish they’d remove the creepy industrial air freshener they pump out in every room. It gives me a headache and smells weird. 2. The room air conditioning is limited to minimum 19 degrees which isn’t cool enough - frustrating. 3. 40 euros for a late check out of 2pm (normal check out 11am) is ridiculously expensive.
