🏨  has short staysFine for a workation, but significant turnover works against coliving principles for a cohesive community; a longer minimum stay supports better interactions. What is coliving? ⌨️  non-ergonomic workspaceEither or both proper desks and chairs missing, though a workspace is separated allowing focus. 🤷  ranks poorlyAs a 'coliving' this space likely doesn't meet expectations — yet may be acceptable if you're not expecting too much. Pool area/chill zone extremely small for the size of the hotel overall, there is never place to chill and very obvious they don't clean it properly or regularly because floor around the pool is always brown etc... Some of the male workers at the reception not so polite and professional. Temperature and general cleanliness of the hotel was nice and pleasant. Some things cannot be overlooked for example new bed sheets have holes and ants on the bed the first night. For the location of the hotel, people working there should put more effort into certain things inside of the room or the way they talk to people/foreigners that decided to stay there during their vacations. It is at the end of a day okay place to stay but nothing special...
Living here for the past 9 months, all the staff members are huge professionals, and very nice people. The coworking area is a good place to concentrate and do some work, the terrace, swimming pool, all amenities are great. The room itself is a little but small to live for a long time, but still worth the money. In general great place to stay for a couple of nights, or long-term.
Absolute brilliant!! The gym is good, swimming pool also very good! Comfortable bed, the room is very clean, room is also very equipped. Sara is a lovely person who helps a lot at the reception. Strongly recommend this place.
My experience with the commercial department at Be Casa Valdebebas has been truly exceptional. From the very beginning, I felt supported and well-guided through every step of the process. The team’s kindness, clarity, and professionalism made everything so much easier and more pleasant than I could have imagined. A special mention to María and Magda, whose warmth and genuine care really stood out. They were always available, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Their personal touch made me feel not just like a client, but truly welcomed. I’m very grateful for their help and highly recommend Be Casa Valdebebas to anyone looking for a place to stay in Madrid.
Pretty good place! Some issues: 1. I wish they’d remove the creepy industrial air freshener they pump out in every room. It gives me a headache and smells weird. 2. The room air conditioning is limited to minimum 19 degrees which isn’t cool enough - frustrating. 3. 40 euros for a late check out of 2pm (normal check out 11am) is ridiculously expensive.
Extremely bad experience. I’m staying in this place for more than a month. Every night between 01-03 am some women screams outside of her balcony and throw glasses really loud. When I went out finally to the reception and ask them to fix the situation one man at the reception was extremely rude and did nothing, another one said he knows this people and will talk to them but nothing has changed. Highly DO NOT recommend you to stay here, they can’t provide basics: quite at night hours and polite service at the reception.
Really nice building, room was perfect for a short trip, pool was great and plenty of sun beds to go around. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming, for the price an amenities (and close to the airport) a really good option to stay.. made a nice change from a traditional hotel.
