After 7 years of working in big German cities, enduring hard work schedules and long cold winters, I realised I wanted to be closer to the beach and enjoy a better lifestyle balance. I relocated with my job to Spain and have now been living long-term at BednDesk. What makes BednDesk special is the mix of long-term residents and short-term guests. There’s always a great dynamic in the house you get the stability of a community while constantly meeting interesting new people from around the world. The coworking space is very well equipped and ideal for remote work. One thing I particularly appreciate is how thoughtfully the house is designed: the bedrooms are tucked away far enough from the coworking area that it’s easy to properly disconnect and relax after work. Over the years, the house has also seen continuous improvements and renovations, including upgraded air conditioning, new patio furniture, and improved meeting room facilities, which really enhance the overall experience. And of course, being so close to the beach is a huge bonus. Having the sea nearby completely changes the rhythm of daily life and makes it much easier to maintain a healthy work-life balance. BednDesk has become much more than accommodation for me it’s been a comfortable long-term home and an inspiring place to live and work.

I've spent 2 weeks in Bedndesk in April. I didn't quite know what to expect due to some conflicting reviews, so adding my own perspective. It's an older house, with thick walls and high ceilings There are some problems with dampness , however, as noted, ceilings are high, it's well ventilated, and I would not have noticed except visually (some peeling paint/stained spots on the ceiling). Otherwise, it's kept clean and tidy both by the house manager and the other guests, and the cleaning lady comes multiple times per week. There are some service areas (cleaning supply closet) which don't look so great, but I wouldn't think they need to. It's 2 minutes from the beach and the main street. There are no restaurants/clubs/bars around the house itself, but, as the beach area can be quite lively, there might be party-goers returning at various odd hours (it might even be you!) - however, to me, it was not disruptive, and I could sleep without problems in the room closest to the street. The internet was great, work areas are very comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you'd expect. There is a house manager who lives there who is making sure everything is humming along, you're not missing anything, and is super friendly. Communication with the owners was via Whatsapp, and they were very prompt to answer all my queries, and make my stay as smooth as possible. Overall, I had a very nice time. If you're looking for a coliving space in S'Arenal, I highly recommend Bedndesk.

As mentioned in some other comments, some of their reviews are quite surely fake, and the pictures on the website do not show the place how it really is since they have been edited, probably with AI. After my arrival, when I mentioned this in a respectful way to the manager of the place, Steven, he made comments like 'it's marketing, it's like McDonald's' and I found him to be rude in the way he talked to me. All of that made me feel uncomfortable there, so I left after just one night. If they would rent these rooms for 400€ a month it would be a different story but promoting them as 'premium' and asking for 1000€+ per month felt pretty much like a scam. They agreed to refund me part of my booking but still kept 300€ for my one night stay. Since they made me understand that the problem was coming from me having too high expectations, I will leave some photos of the place so that everybody can judge for themselves.

Our stay at Bedndesk was really awesome! The area is full of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The sea is very close and we enjoyed many breathtaking sunsets from a nice beach nearby. Steve is a great host, always friendly and helpful. The coworking space is not very big, but quiet. There is also a private meeting room. The decorations and pictures on the wall are very nice and make the place even cosier.

The Bedndesk offers a very good opportunity for people to work an enjoy the beach and party lifestyle in S'Arenal. The house is just a few hundred meters away from the beach and in walking distance from bars and restaurant. I really liked the little office space, desk screens and further equipment was provided and offered a good setup to work efficiently. The house was full during my stay, which was great to connect and get to know people. We cooked, drank and talked together, altogether a memorable experience. Some thinks that could be considered a bit of a downside and therefore only 4/5 stars: - The house is poorly soundproofed, I was woken up almost ervery night by cars, people, dogs etc. - The balcony was unfortunately a bit dirty, which prevented me from using it - The equipment in the kitchen was a bit old e.g. knives, pots, pans and cutting boards. The sink was also broken throughout the stay

This place has a perfect location to enjoy different worlds of Mallorca. Very close to the beach and the nice restaurants and bars for tourist, but also walking distance to more local and autentic places. Go right and you can enjoy kilometers of beach, go left and you'll soon be in a more calm and relaxed area. There is supermarkeds and gyms close. As usually is in these kinds of houses, the walls are thin, so bring earplugs.

Very nice accommodation for digital nomads nearby the beach (rd ab 5 min). Exzellent WiFi, nice rooms, everything needed is available. The Bookingprocedure was very easy and the host is so smart and drew attention to really everything. I will surely come back sometime and can recommend this to each person who wants to work remote in an perfect environment.

We met some lovely colivers in here that gave the place life. Sadly as soon as I entered the bedroom, a heavy smell of mould hit me. I started coughing and got progressively worse over the week, which had a big impact on our holiday. - Update: The host reached out and shared photos of the mold removed, so I have removed the images from my rating. On the good side, the hosts are quite responsive and understanding. We only stayed for 3 days, and hearing of our health issues they refunded us for the remaining days. I never saw them, but they are quick to answer on WhatsApp and help out. Also, the accommodation is on the cheap side, and it's literally next to the sea, so that's a huge plus. There's also parking for a rented car in walking distance, the hosts can tell you the best locations.
