Lovely appartments, clean and fresh.
Breakfast buffet was lovely. Also 10% off The Roof bar, food and drinks were LOVELY!
Staff were english speaking and very helpful!
Only thing i would say negative is there was no cleaning in 5 days. every 2 day clean would be nice, and tea coffee and sugar was not provided.
Just returned from our second lovely stay here. The gardens are beautiful and really well kept, we had a lovely apartment with a large garden terrace. The apartment itself was modern and well maintained with a large fridge freezer and a great shower. The pool area was very well kept. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and always on hand if you need anything. The roof top bar is super with well priced food and drinks. It was great to have an on site launderette which we used twice during our long stay. Overall a lovely experience. If I could suggest two things, a set of drawers in the bedroom would be handy and also a few more sunbeds around the pool.
We have just stayed at Bristol sunset beach. When we arrived the room wasn’t clean and we had to clean ourselves, rubbish in the bin old receipts from previous people and had to sweep the floor. We did self catering and there wasn’t any facilities to accommodate for this just a microwave, we had a dishwasher however would have rather had an oven as we were self catering. We went to the roof top bar, drinks were nice and service was good however we had a chicken burger and it was frozen. We also decided to pay for the breakfast that you have if you can all inclusive and there was hardly anything, we had egg on toast and a kiwi, nothing more available and we paid €30. The lady at breakfast also gave us a loyalty card and stamped it for us (if you fill the stamps you got a free cocktail). The next evening I have our loyalty card and got an awkward look from the waiter and then another waiter came to us and said ‘we haven’t used these in years so we don’t know why she gave it to you. The pool was okay but not big enough for the amount of people staying there. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and helped us when we needed taxis ringing etc. on the last day we were getting the last bits together to leave and the cleaners just opened are door without knocking or pressing the buzzer. They stood right outside the door watching us get our stuff together which resulted in us forgetting some of our things. Wont be returning

Full size fridge freezer and dishwasher. Very quiet apartment on ground floor, the rooftop restaurant was opposite and above our block, but no loud noise or music to complain about . Enjoyed my stay and will return.

Had a week at sunset.
The hotel and grounds are well maintained rooms are spacious good location 10 minutes from the centre and the staff are absolutely lovely.
The rooftop bar is a bonus with lovely views over the sea
We had a blocked shower one evening which was cleared within 20 minutes.
Really efficient
However it has some infrastructure issues.
There's no bar or seating areas downstairs and the pool is woefully inadequate for the size of the hotel.
Shame because of this we probably won't come here again.
All in all a nice week though
My partner & I have just returned from a week stay here 23 -30th Dec 2025 and can honestly say its one of the best Christmas holidays ive had.
Staff are very polite and helpful with check in and anything asked for during our stay. We was self catering and couldnt of been more happier. Room was spacious and great facilities, bed was very comfortable too. The best location only 7 minute walk to main strip of bars, shops & restaurants. Lovely food wherever we ate. Place is great for couples 👌
Roof top bar & terrace of the hotel was very nice too.
No air-conditioning but it wasn't needed for our stay as the room had sufficient fans.

"Bristol Sunset, Corralejo – Highly Recommended
Our experience at Bristol Sunset in Corralejo was exceptional from the moment we arrived. Although check-in was scheduled for 3:00 pm, we arrived at 11:00 am and were welcomed by courteous and professional staff who informed us that our room was already prepared. This was greatly appreciated after our early arrival.
The accommodation was remarkably spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The property’s location is excellent, with a supermarket conveniently situated at the entrance and the town centre accessible within an 8-minute walk, offering a wide range of shops, restaurants, and bars. In addition, a bus stop located directly outside the complex provides regular services, including a short 10-minute journey to a beautiful nearby beach.
The complex itself is exceptionally well maintained, both inside and out. The staff were consistently attentive, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
Overall, Bristol Sunset provides an outstanding level of service and comfort. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Corralejo.
Giulia greeted us at Reception and was more than helpful after we had travelled from the very bottom of the island. It is like stepping into a luxury oasis as soon as we entered. The ground floor room in block 2 was amazing and looking over the pool.
We ate at the roof to bar for evening meal, fantastic artist playing mellow tunes. Food and drinks were great with a 10% discount as residents.
The continental breakfast was excellent in the morning too with the added bonus of watching surfers enjoying the morning. Can't recommend this place enough, thank you
