Had a week at sunset.
The hotel and grounds are well maintained rooms are spacious good location 10 minutes from the centre and the staff are absolutely lovely.
The rooftop bar is a bonus with lovely views over the sea
We had a blocked shower one evening which was cleared within 20 minutes.
Really efficient
However it has some infrastructure issues.
There's no bar or seating areas downstairs and the pool is woefully inadequate for the size of the hotel.
Shame because of this we probably won't come here again.
All in all a nice week though
My partner & I have just returned from a week stay here 23 -30th Dec 2025 and can honestly say its one of the best Christmas holidays ive had.
Staff are very polite and helpful with check in and anything asked for during our stay. We was self catering and couldnt of been more happier. Room was spacious and great facilities, bed was very comfortable too. The best location only 7 minute walk to main strip of bars, shops & restaurants. Lovely food wherever we ate. Place is great for couples 👌
Roof top bar & terrace of the hotel was very nice too.
No air-conditioning but it wasn't needed for our stay as the room had sufficient fans.
Loved it!!! Fabulous place would highly recommend ☺️🌞

"Bristol Sunset, Corralejo – Highly Recommended
Our experience at Bristol Sunset in Corralejo was exceptional from the moment we arrived. Although check-in was scheduled for 3:00 pm, we arrived at 11:00 am and were welcomed by courteous and professional staff who informed us that our room was already prepared. This was greatly appreciated after our early arrival.
The accommodation was remarkably spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The property’s location is excellent, with a supermarket conveniently situated at the entrance and the town centre accessible within an 8-minute walk, offering a wide range of shops, restaurants, and bars. In addition n, a bus stop located directly outside the complex provides regular services, including a short 10-minute journey to a beautiful nearby beach.
The complex itself is exceptionally well maintained, both inside and out. The staff were consistently attentive, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
Overall, Bristol Sunset provides an outstanding level of service and comfort. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Corralejo.
Giulia greeted us at Reception and was more than helpful after we had travelled from the very bottom of the island. It is like stepping into a luxury oasis as soon as we entered. The ground floor room in block 2 was amazing and looking over the pool.
We ate at the roof to bar for evening meal, fantastic artist playing mellow tunes. Food and drinks were great with a 10% discount as residents.
The continental breakfast was excellent in the morning too with the added bonus of watching surfers enjoying the morning. Can't recommend this place enough, thank you
We came from another Hotel near by that was not a nice experience looking for another accomodation and the ladies working at Sunse Beach were just so lovely! They arranged a room for us eventhough they were really busy. We could have booked online but the reception offerend us a much cheaper deal which they did not have to. The welcomming was very sweet and professional and absolutely everyone was kind to our little child! Our room was modern and tasteful and had everything we needed. We stayed in a Junior Suite with kitchen. The roof top bar had live music but at 22:00 everything was really quiet and we slept in a very comfortable bed. In just 5 Minutes you can walk to the centre with restaurants and shops but you are still not in the middle of the noise once you enter the hotel. The Pool area is also clean and modern. Thank you for your kindness and the time. Will return in April! 🤍
Lovely hotel, excellent location and friendly reception staff. Will stay again and definitely recommend. We especially enjoyed watching the sunset on the rooftop and the breakfast is good Carolina and Thuy from room 11K
A week of nightmare.
The room was extremely humid, with no air conditioning or even a fan. There were small bugs everywhere, crawling all over our things, and we woke up completely covered in bites. With some help, we later discovered that the bedroom curtains were full of mold and the mattress was soaked with urine. Thanks to the kind receptionist, the room was disinfected and the bed was changed, but we still had to sleep in a damp room that smelled like a swimming pool – the disinfectant odor was so strong that it gave us headaches and made it almost impossible to sleep. We had to keep the windows wide open day and night.
More and more ants started coming in from outside e, and although we were told that “they don’t bite,” we were still covered in itchy marks – probably from something living in the bed. We’re honestly scared of what we might have brought home with us, and if any tests confirm the presence of bed bugs or filth-related insects, we’re ready to take legal action.
To top it all off, during our last night an alarm kept going off between 4 and 7 in the morning, waking up the entire resort.
I travel a lot, but I have never experienced such a disgusting hotel in my life. Everything looks superficially “done,” but in reality, it’s all damp, moldy, and dirty. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
I stayed at the Bristal Sunset Beach week of 20th Oct. We had a few issues to start with, however Julia on the desk was amazing, she sorted everything she could with immediate effect. The beautiful lush plants on the grounds were amazing, we had a Banana plant, complete with Bananas growing next to our room. The location is great for more traditional Spanish bars away from the tourist traps of the main strip. Myself and my partner went for my 55th Birthday and with the beautiful weather I had a wonderful time.
