I stayed here for 2 months and really enjoyed it! The place is kept clean, very spacious, and accommodating. Theres also a terrace with a grill! It’s in a very central location which is good for getting to places but sometimes a little chaotic. My only thing is that socializing is left to chance of the people there; there aren’t social events and sometimes there are people who are there just to live. However, after some time there I clicked with people who arrived. Overall good experience!
Really great coliving experience. The community is awesome — it’s easy to meet people and feel part of the vibe, while still having a comfortable place to live and work. Common areas are kept clean, the kitchen is very well equipped (honestly more than I expected), and the location is perfect — super convenient for getting around Buenos Aires.
Great experience staying at this coliving, Mau is super reliable, very responsive, sends your deposit within 48hrs of moving out. He’s super friendly and always happens to answer any queries. Rosa is amazing, she comes 3x times a week to clean, sometimes more. Again, she’s super friendly and kind.
The rooftop is great, we had plenty of good times there, I loved my room, I had plenty of space and having my own balcony was so nice.
Location wise, you’re in the centre of everything, about a 20 min walk to the main shopping area, there’s great restaurants surrounding you, gyms, salons, everything.
Also living with 10 people gives you a great opportunity to make new connections and have a wide variety of different cultures and types of people.
If you’re looking for a secure, safe base in argentina this is a great option!

I stayed there for 6 months and I had an amazing experience.
The apartment is beautiful, clean, and well located. I would say the location is perfect, actually. You share the apartment with other people and it’s ideal to make new friends and build unforgettable memories.

The apartment is incredible and the location really convenient in the center of Buenos Aires, next to one of the most famous streets of the city. Always good fun and nice vibes with people from all over the world 😍
I spent 5 months during the first lockdown living here and I had the best time ever. The house is huge, all double rooms and mine also had a TV with Netflix! Very big, tidy and clean common spaces and incredible terrace on the top where we had the best asados while watching sunsets over Buenos Aires. I would definitely live here again
