A peaceful place, perfect for a family holiday. Nice and clean rooms with everything you need, super nice staff. A healthy, varied and copious breakfast, including local products. Located in a tranquil spot in Corralejo but close to the vibrant city center. We will repeat the experience soon!
Great hotel, the location is perfect very close to Collalejo city center. The rooms are very nice, the breakfast is delicious and the swimming pool area is great. But the best part is the staff working there, they were super attentive and always with a smile… we”ll come back for sure!
Fantastic family hotel, very convenient and walking distance from the town, where you can find multiple food & drink and entertainment options and also some small quiet beaches
Staff was superb and outdoor pool is even heated - that was very cool Rooms are spacious and very clean. Perfect choice for a family or couple holiday
Ever stayed in a hotel where there is NO room cleaning during a 10 day stay unless you pay 35 euros pp ? Ever stayed in a hotel where you get ONE diy sheet change ? Ever stayed in a hotel where you get Two towel changes in a ten day stay ?
If the answer is no and you would like this kind of service , then Surfing Colours is the place for you.
The brochure showed a spacious apartment type accommodation with kitchen area....The reality is very different. Its a telling point that the TUI rep would not come to the hotel to discuss our issues .
We got a fabulous dose of the trots while staying .While its not possible to say it was from the hotel , watching a member of staff clean the work surfaces and menus then while wearing the SAME glove start preparing a sandwich !! The two may be connected.
Easily the worst holiday ever. Back 5 days and still not 100%. The pool was nice though.
The hotel is brilliant, it's located right by the coast, it's got a lovely roof terrace and a nice heated pool.
The staff are great, super polite and speak very good English as well as other languages. Also, they're very good with kids (confirmed by our 4-yo daughter :))
The yoga classes are brilliant and apparently, Spanish lessons are also available (we didn't use them as the teacher was away that week)
What's more, two large supermarkets are a stone's throw away and an all items shop right next door.
Nice and clean place, good swimming pool for the kids, great location. Things to improve: 1/ the bathroom is close to the kitchen and not properly insulated (only glass panels badly closed) and no extractor fan in the bathroom. A bit poor in my opinion. 2/to make the experience even more welcoming it would be for the staff to engage a bit more with guests to make visitors feel more valued
My wife and I had a great four night break at Surfing Colours. The staff were all friendly and even helped me when I tried to use my poor broken spainish on them. They didn’t just resort to English which I really appreciated. The rooms were modern and the buffet breakfast was good. The sun beds around the pool weren’t accessible until 10am which stopped anybody putting their towels on them at the crack of dawn which was a great policy. There is also a great roof terrace which not many people used which had lovely views out to sea. They even have a free water fountain next to the pool bar. We hired a car and even though there’s lots of parking outside, had to park a good walk away as the places were nearly always taken. I would definitely recommend and would also go back.
I had a surf Seaview room with balcony, view nit great and no sun whatsoever.
I have an insect issue which the hitel dealt with. Lovely fresh pool and very friendly staff in the snack bar. Location is a bit out of town, taxi back is no more than a 5er.
