Best things first: - there is clearly 5 stars for customer service. I have never met so authentic welcoming & friendly staff working on the pool bar, day in day out from 11am up to 22pm. - Pool is clean, there is enough space for everyone. - there is also a large and nice roof terrace with plenty of space for everyone who feels the pool area is too crowded. - pricing of the pool bar is very customer friendly as well. - if there is anything: the rooms are decent, clean enough (you might find a hair or two which don’t belong to you, there might also be an occasional ant - but his also happens in 4 stars hotels) and a bit of fresh paint would make a difference but considering the price this is ok.
Myself and my daughter (22) had 5 nights here in October 2025. We loved the hotel and the location, which was in a quiet part to the northern tip of Corralejo. The hotel is small and friendly and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. No fighting for sunbeds early in the morning as they are kept locked up until 9:45am and put out ready for the pool opening at 10am which we found very refreshing! Every hotel should do this!! Rooms were clean and had enough space. We had a street view above the main entrance but it was very quiet. No air con but there was a ceiling fan and with the patio door open this was fine. Note: the rooftop sun terrace is only available for certain superior rooms, you need a special key card to access it. This wasn’t clear on the Jet2 website. We managed to get up there for a look and it was very peaceful but the downside is no pool. Hotel is within 10 minutes walk of the music square and ferry to Lanzarote, 5 minutes from the seafront with bars and restaurants. I would definitely return!
Great hotel located just a few minutes away from music sq and all the restaurants A very calm and relaxed vibe round the pool with plenty of sunbeds Room was a very spacious Seaview room which was very nicely decorated Would definitely stay again The only flaw I found was that it was advertised as having coffee supplied for a brew in the morning for the coffee maker thats in the machine, only to be told by reception that we had to buy our own Overall, a great hotel Would definitely stay again
Love this hotel, stayed several times before. Stayed as a solo traveller this time and possibly wouldn't stay as a solo again due to location. Hotel is perfect though. Sea view room was clean, bed was comfy, pool and rooftop areas are fantastic.
My experience at Surfing Colors in Fuerteventura was unfortunately disappointing; mainly due to the extremely poor cleaning service and the generally worn-out condition of the furnishings. Yes, there is an option to skip the cleaning service to be more eco-conscious, which is fine in principle. But I specifically paid for cleaning, expecting at least a minimum standard. What wasn’t clearly stated during booking, and only revealed at check-in, is that the service only takes place every two days, with linen changed every four. But let me be clear: the quality of the service is where things truly fall apart. The room was never properly cleaned. The floor was not vacuumed even once, my hair remained on the floor for the entire stay. I found crumbs behind the door, and they were still there after the so-called cleaning. The bathroom was not cleaned at all, only the towels were replaced and bins emptied. Honestly, that’s not a cleaning service, it’s barely maintenance, and certainly not something that justifies an additional charge. The hotel tries to justify this under the guise of being "eco-friendly" (as written on the rule sheet at check-in), but there’s a big difference between being sustainable and being careless. This felt like a convenient excuse for neglect. On top of that, the condition of the furnishings left a lot to be desired. The silicone around the shower was moldy and deteriorating. The sofa was stained and visibly dirty, and the plastic table on the balcony was also stained and poorly maintained. These details matter, and they make a difference in how comfortable and welcome you feel as a guest. To be fair, the pool is a nice feature, definitely one of the highlights of the property. But let’s be honest: there are many other hotels in the area with equally nice pools. One last note: the website provides no clear explanation of what the cleaning service actually includes, and even if it’s there somewhere, it’s not easily accessible. It feels intentionally vague. I would not return to this hotel unless they improve their standards and start being honest about what they offer, and what they don’t. The breakfast, which costs €14 per person, was actually very good and tasty, no complaints about the quality itself. However, I don’t feel it justifies the price.
Stayed for 10 nights, will definitely stay again. Very clean, lovely pool area, no sunbed hogging. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to a good supermarket and not too far away from music square and the harbour.
The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—close to everything you need, and the newly added rooftop area is a great touch, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The pool bar is a highlight, with delicious food and a great selection of drinks. Plus, there were plenty of parking spots available right in front of the hotel, which made things super convenient. Great value for the money! Highly recommended!☺️
