They don’t return deposits!
We were evicted from their location in Venice, and even though the owner, Robert, knew this was going to happen because he lost the case in court several months before the eviction, he didn’t communicate with the 50+ people living there. In fact, he was still moving people in even after we received the eviction notice. He refuses to return our deposits and doesn’t respond to emails or calls.
This was the most amazing stay at Haven. Aviana and the whole community welcomed me with so much love. I was actually staying here 5 years ago actually! I feel like I made an amazing group of friends!
Haven Coliving is a great place to stay. Friendly people and great amenities. Walking distance to everything you need and not far from Venice beach at all. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.
Haven is a lovely place in a great neighborhood in Venice. It's close to everything: shops, restaurants, and the beach. If you're traveling solo, this place is very convenient as you'll meet many like-minded people. It has a large and nice kitchen, workspaces, and a fantastic view from the roof. I highly recommend this place!
Luxury meets community at Haven! Spacious beds, stunning design, and incredible amenities. Feels like a 5-star hotel, but with friends!
THIS PLACE IS THE BALM🙌
Look, I'm a very picky person and I'm telling you right now in comparison to a five-star hotel which I just stayed at the shore hotel ...I am so pleasantly surprised how up to par this place is. Co-op living situations are usually just dirty and weird vibration and low energy and this place is completely... if not neutral... closer to a higher sense of quality Energy I LOVE IT Here! It's like there's this unspoken sense of privacy and consideration in respect to quietness and it's like everyone just kind of flows!! And the thing I love the most is that it is CLEAN! The common areas the kitchen and the living room is spacious and comfortable. This is a super great monetary & energetic investment all around. Thank you Haven Co-living for creating such an environment like this for once I could just relax and breathe and have a piece of Mind of where I'm going to rest my precious body self for the next week. OH and the communication with the team is clear, transparent and super accommodating. So what I'm saying is...is the Customer Service is excellent! Thank you Robert! thank you Aviana! 😄

I had a great stay here. The place is huge with a big kitchen, living room, outdoor spaces and rooftop. The pod was all I needed to sleep. A bit tricky with only one bathroom for showering in the room but it wasn't terribly crowded during my stay so I didn't have to wait too much. Will stay here every time I visit!
