🏨 has short staysFine for a workation, but significant turnover works against coliving principles for a cohesive community; a longer minimum stay supports better interactions. What is coliving?💁 has host / managerOften on site to give suggestions and take questions, but do not actively facilitate community.🤷 ranks poorlyAs a 'coliving' this space likely doesn't meet expectations — yet may be acceptable if you're not expecting too much. Amazing place. I stayed here for almost three weeks. It's great for nomads since they have desks to work online with external monitors.
It was always clean, and the kitchen is well equipped.
The best thing for me are the hosts who became friends over the time. They are always willing to help and also organize activities together. While I was there, we went on a Cenotes tour, on a boat trip, and had a game night.
Looking forward to coming back when I'm in Cancun the next time.
If you're in Cancún, this is in my opinion the best place to stay. Everything is super clean, the rooms are spacious, and the real highlight is the people working there. Isaac and the team will help you with anything you need :).
Thank you for the amazing stay, we felt truly welcome!
My husband and I stayed here for one night. We’re currently on a backpacking trip and had three very heavy bags with us. Unfortunately, my husband injured his back, so I had to carry everything up to our room on the third floor by myself—which was really difficult. Thankfully, a young male staff member kindly helped carry our bags all the way up. He was very friendly and helpful.
The room and bathroom were both very clean, and overall, the place was excellent for the price. Highly recommended!
Absolutely loved our stay at Humant Coliving!
The location is fantastic—close to everything we needed, yet in a peaceful area that felt like a true retreat. The service was wonderful throughout our stay; the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. We actually enjoyed our experience so much that we decided to come back—and were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade! It was such a kind gesture and really added to the experience.
The shared kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the outdoor area was a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Whether you’re traveling solo or with friends, this place has a warm, community vibe that makes it easy to feel at home.
If you’re a solo traveller and looking for affordable yet very comfortable place. This is for you. I stayed here for 5 days and the place is clean, quiet, and you get your own private room. Though I never felt in danger here. It’s a private area so it has gate and security guards if safety is your concern. It’s also walking distance to a coffee shop, convenience store and only 20 mins walk from Plaza Las Américas. I highly recommend this place and I’ll definitely comeback here.
It's my home away from home. Love this place. It's close walking distance to a few big things you'll need: gyms, malls & shopping. Since it's away from busy roads really easy to order Ubers to you and go anywhere in Cancun quickly. Internet in Cancun is great and never have had any issues @ Humant with internet.
This is my go-to spot when coming to MX.
Awesome place. The host was very very helpful. Could recommend some cool places and help us to settle our first few days in Mexico. Very friendly atmosphere. I would definitely come back.
