The room is hot and we had to change to another room on the first night because the air conditioning was not working. Even after repair the room is hot and stuffy. Light cleaning every 3 days but they don’t vacuum the room nor replace toilet paper. Will not come back.
Nice clean hotel. The rooms aren’t super big, but fine if you’re staying for just a few days.
There is breakfast but it was very crowded and there are very few seats, so definitely come early enough.
It’s located with direct access to the Funan Mall which has a small variety of shops and lots of food options. In general the vibe is very artsy and nice.
The rooms are a bit smaller, but location is amazing. Super convenient to all attractions in downtown. It is located within a mall as well so lots of things to do inside. Lots of restaurant options in the mall as well and reasonably priced.
Positive:
The staff were very nice and helpful, making our stay welcoming and pleasant. The location is excellent, situated in a shopping mall with many restaurants and shops, which was super convenient for dining and shopping.
Negative:
The room was quite small—we couldn’t even fully open our suitcases, which made unpacking a hassle. The layout was not very practical, with limited space to move around comfortably.
Overall:
While the hotel benefits from a great location and friendly service, the tight room size and awkward layout made it less comfortable for a longer stay. It’s a decent option if you prioritize convenience over space, but those needing more room might want to look elsewhere.
Staff were accommodating. The space was cozy and you can stay at the lobby to chill if you want.
My stay was nice comfortable. Really love how I can just step out of the hotel room to roam around and just come back in if I wanna rest for while without traveling so far. Walking is a great option if you are okay with it.
I know it’s a co-living space but I would have appreciated it more if there were water bottles provided inside the room. I would need to go out of my room to fetch water to drink.
This place would have deserved 5 Stars for its location and service but the room noise was just not it.
I checked on the 15 January around 2pm+. Was given a kinda early check-in as check-ins were supposed to be at 3pm onwards. Stayed in room 818, quite a nice number. The whole process from checking in to staying in the room was a nice experience.
Until comes the night, I did not have a good sleep throughout the night as there was constant sirens that could be heard from outside. If there were people talking along the corridor that could be heard as well but that wasn't really much of a concern during the night.
The room's aircon that I was staying in kept on making a rattling sound as it can be seen that the aircon vents that controls the direction of the airflow was shaking as the aircon was operating and blowing air from it.
But on the good side, service was great. My request for late check-out was given. Enjoyed using the TV as it came with Youtube and Netflix. It was very convenient as Funan mall is right below and just a short 10-15 minutes walk to Raffles City and City Link for more food and shopping options.
For the price, would recommend this place.
DO NOT STAY HERE.
We paid so much for a 3 night stay in a 6-bedroom duplex but were sorely disappointed. We actually stayed here before and had such a pleasant experience, but this time it was a nightmare. Not sure what changed. Management? Staff?
1. On the first day, check in was painfully slow. Then even though we had arrived way after check-in time, our room still was not ready.
2. When they finally gave us our key cards, it was not for a duplex - it was for another 6 bedroom configuration. There was zero mention of changing the room type and all they did was give us snacks to make up for it.
3. At check in we enquired about parking and the clerk said yes there’s parking coupons.
4. On the final day after check out (mind u this was 3 nights later) we were told by a clerk that they had run out of parking coupons (????)
5. A second smiley clerk took over and her story changed - they didn’t issue any parking coupons anymore (not communicated on our first day at check in AT ALL) and she kept smiling even though it was clear that we were upset. Finally she went to the office and MAGICALLY conjured up a parking coupon which worked upon exit. I really am speechless.
We won’t be back. A super disappointing experience, for the money you pay for a 6 bedroom place - you’re better off getting a hotel with connecting rooms. The lack of professionalism is shocking.
