Lyf Funan is a good, practical, clean, and well-designed hotel for a working stay, located within the Funan shopping centre. The Funan shopping centre offers an extensive range of food, good coffee, and a WeWork space for those who need it. It is centrally located near the banking centre of Singapore. Kah Yoong is one of the front desk staff members, and like the facility, he is solid, capable, and practical. A good business stay hotel.
Rooms are adorable and homey, no TV and fridge inside but down the hallway, there's a common fridge and water dispenser where you can fill up your water bottle, they provide you a pitcher in the room for your water in case you don't have your own. Bed is super comfy as well as the pillows, blackout blinds, wooden floor, tiled bathroom with a rainfall shower head apart from your typical shower head. Spacious overall. Location is close to the metro. The hotel itself is attached to Funan mall, a McDonald's is located in the fround floor of the mall which closes at midnight. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful, you can ask them for directions and tips on where to dine and how to get there.
My stay here was absolutely amazing.
Prime location, very convenient to get around.
But the highlight was definitely the people here. Everyone was so hospitable and welcoming.
I had some issues with my reservation; however, Lionel and Jasmine were trying so hard to assist me, even though they were so busy at the time. Jenny welcomed me with the warmest smile.
I’m glad that I chose Lyf Funan for this trip, and I’ll definitely stay here again.
its great, everything that you need to be happy. very close to city hall mrt station, integrated in the funan mall with nice cafes and shops, close to a lot of very nice sightseeing spots. im staying there every year and so far i enjoyed every minute!
they also have a shared kitchen where you can cook with the other residents and make new friends from all over the world which is very nice. a gym is also available, so as i said, everything you need to be happy!
staff is also very friendly and helpful.

One of the best lyf Accommodation I've been to so far! Appreciate the complimentary upgrade to a One of a Kind Studio (Plus). Second time staying here and it's great. It's within the mall so you have the food, shopping and all you need literally there.
The room is great with a kitchenette and it's quiet - which is my preference.
It's also well connected to City Hall MRT which leads you to Raffles City Shopping Centre so all in all, a good valued place to reside in for a short refreshment on a long stay.
Will be back again next time, thank you!
Nice and unique style decoration. Location is in Central with great price. Walkable to mrt, bus and central area.
No water and fridge in room, but provide at service area each floor.

Room number sign in hallway so confusing. We almost cannot find our room.
The room is hot and we had to change to another room on the first night because the air conditioning was not working. Even after repair the room is hot and stuffy. Light cleaning every 3 days but they don’t vacuum the room nor replace toilet paper. Will not come back.
