This co-living is located in a nice house on 3 floors in a relative quiet neighbourhood. Lots of morning sun. Great table tennis.
Nice rooms, very spacious common rooms, big terrace, view on the harbour side. Almost hotel-style cleaning service, very well maintained.
It’s rather a shared apartment than a co-living in that sense. There was no community manager or social activities when I was there. I think there was not even a group chat of all nomads living there. Sometimes I had no idea who actually lived there during my stay. But if you need to recover from a social overdose and/or want to do your own thing, and still have the occasional chat with other nomads - this is a perfect place for you.

Beautiful coliving, in a quiet area, perfect if you want to be close to the popular area of Las Canteras, but prefer to enjoy peace and quiet at home. The coliving is a gorgeous big house, with three floors, two kitchens, several outdoor spaces, multiple bathrooms, a dining area, several lounge areas and a workspace with the best view over the city.
The house has several traditional Canarian features, but all the modern facilities one needs to work remotely. Internet is available everywhere in the house and is superfast.
The host is super friendly and communicative and I'd definitely stay here again!
Good location - far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown so you can have peace and quiet when you need it yet close enough to easily get to the Center for shopping, Las Canteras beach, restaurants, night life. Also not far from the main highways to go exploring the rest of the island. Host communicates well.

Nice place to stay. The view is amazing and it's in a calm neighborhood. It's pretty close to downtown and the beach area.
