A unique place for hospitality and art, situated in the very centre and most historical part of Palermo inside a beautifully renovated building. We have independent flats and rooms in a cohousing model, having small shared kitchen and multifunction (work)room, unique terrace, yet no lounge except in studios.
Very cozy place with a unique artistic vibe. It's affordable and super close to the city center. The staff was very nice and helped us split the invoice in two.
AVOID! Do not waste your time or money staying here.
I paid a ridiculous amount of money for a room with no natural light, and situated above a very busy and noisy street (with noise regularly going on until 3am every night). The room layouts are all irregular with bathrooms fitted into any small space available. Mine had a shower which was literally a hose pipe fastened to the wall and the bathroom itself opened up onto a common area which made privacy an issue. When I complained about the state of the accommodation all I got was shrugged shoulders and a ‘that’s not my problem’ attitude. When I asked about a refund they told me I hadn’t booked the ‘flexible’ rate so couldn’t offer me one, even though I was never offered this in the flexible rate in first place! Their website has no terms and conditions about this.
Mojo Co House is a decent budget-friendly coliving space in a great location. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned. If you’re visiting Palermo as a tourist, it’s a good option.
However, if you’re staying here as a remote worker, my experience was very different. The Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable throughout my three-week stay. I spent most days trying to get connected, reconnecting after dropouts, and moving between rooms hoping to find a better signal. I barely got any productive work done.
The coworking space also has no air conditioning, making it uncomfortably hot to work in during the summer. Between the unreliable Wi-Fi and the lack of a usable coworking environment, it simply wasn’t a functional place to work remotely.
It took repeated complaints before the Wi-Fi issue was addressed, and even then, the “fix” only lasted about 24 hours before the problems returned.
Overall, Mojo Co House is a good budget-friendly place to stay in a great location. But if dependable Wi-Fi is essential for your job, I would recommend choosing another accommodation until these issues are resolved.

I really loved the atypical building and rooms. It's something you don't see everyday.
It's also an artistic residence, combining long, medium and short stays.
We could enjoy concerts and deep conversations with other residents.

Giuseppe has a wonderful space that’s clean, cozy, and close to everything. My room was very comfortable, with a nice bed, a desk, and a full kitchen where I was able to cook meals every night.
The people staying at the coliving were awesome too, it was easy to make friends and join in on fun activities. Giuseppe also hosts a lot of jam sessions nearby, so there are always opportunities to enjoy some great music after the workday.
I highly recommend staying here if you’re someone who wants to get work done while also enjoying everything Sicily has to offer and meeting new friends along the way.
My first co living experience was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The energy of the place was vibrant yet relaxed — the perfect balance for someone looking to feel inspired, connected, and comfortable.
The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Palermo, surrounded by charming cafes, art-filled streets, and local gems. The space itself was beautifully designed, with thoughtful details that made everyday living not only easy but genuinely enjoyable.
The best part of this experience was the community. I met incredible people from around the world — open-minded, creative, and kind.

Wifi and AC worked perfectly and there is an elevator for those with heavy luggage.
An old building with remodeled rooms. Very nice host. But it is not a bed and breakfast. It is only the bed . The location is nice and close to everything.
