Based on fact that this is 2-stars hotel with low price, I would say it exceeded my expectations. Air conditioning working well. Rooms are equipped with small kitchen and there are also communal kitchens on the floor. In E-floor you can relax or spend free time in study or playing table football. On the 1st floor there is a small outside pool. Very nice roof-top view at 9th floor. My room was clean. Despite 2-star there was also a small TV in the room. Breakfast is very simple, here I would say 2-stars is appropriate - scrambled eggs, fruits, coffee, juices, etc. Hotel is very close to nice Patacona beach, less than 5 minutes walk. Bathroom clean, equipped with towels and shower gel. Reception good.

Rooms semi clean, I had bugs in room and shower that never got addressed even though I complained. Morning after, receptionist argued with me I never notify them. Pillows are nasty although covered by clean cases. Location close to beach is nice. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Overall, Definitely not worth 126.00 at night. Will not be staying here ever again.

I would like to highlight the following aspects of this hotel: The hotel is in a great, quiet location, close to the beach. The staff is polite and helpful. The food is poor and lacks flavor. The soundproofing is very poor; you can hear everything. The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. The ventilation in the bathroom does not work.

I would like to commend the hotel receptionist, Ines, her truly outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to clearly explain everything I needed to know about the hotel facilities, check-in process, and local recommendations, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. What stood out the most was her patience and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I understood all the information and felt comfortable during my stay. Her friendly attitude and clear explanations made a great first impression and set a very positive tone for the visit. It’s rare to encounter such attentive and genuinely caring service. She represents the hotel exceptionally well, and her dedication to guests deserves recognition. Thank you for making the stay even more enjoyable. 🌟

102€ for a a room like that with a breakfast only with egs and toast was miserable. Its not a hotel . Not recommended . For 100€ you can find beautiful option with a real bed .

I had a great stay at Hotel Resa Patacona. The rooms are small, but comfortable and perfectly adequate – everything you need and very clean. Breakfast (which was included) was good, with plenty of choice to set you up for the day. The hotel itself has a cool, funky feel with lots of communal space to work, relax or socialise. The roof terrace is a real highlight – fantastic panoramic views and a great place to unwind. It’s very close to the beach (I even managed a swim), and the bus into Valencia city centre is regular and takes around 30 minutes. For the price, it’s excellent value. Would happily stay again.

I stayed at Resa Patacona in Valencia and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience with the laundry facilities. After paying for the washing machine, it did not start. I had to pay a second time, after which the machine finally started but was unintentionally set to 75°C due to unclear controls. When I noticed this, I contacted reception immediately and was told that it was impossible to stop or change the program. There were no clear instructions or warnings, and the payment system did not work properly. As a result, my clothes were washed at an excessively high temperature and may have been damaged. I contacted RESA by email but only received an automatic reply, with no solution so far. This situation was handled very poorly and does not meet acceptable service standards.

Horrible experience with this hotel, stinky bathroom with mold, dirty rooms, two beds for three people, poor breakfast with dirty glass and cutlery, completely unhelpful incompetent personel. Actually it was more like student house very loud at night. After the negative opinion was send in booking they blocked it! Only the localization was good close to beach that’s all. Really not recommend!
