We have been treated really badly. We booked a room for 3 persons (2 adult and a children 5 years old). On their website, all was ok but when we arrived we had only two single bed and no bed for the children. They ( the manager of the hotel) define himself that a children younger than 5 can sleep with his parent in the bed…
We try to discuss with the reception, they find a solution. But an hour later, the manager said no and claim us to pay additional fee… nothing free at SLEEP’N Atocha !!!
For 200€ per night, I have never been treated like that. I am sure there is much better.
About the room, it was really small and just good enough to sleep.
Only good point of this hotel is the good location but be careful it is very noisy outside during the night!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for 6 nights and felt it was a great option for the price. The location is excellent—about a 10-minute walk to Atocha Station and walkable to major attractions (20-30 mins). It is also super convenient for food, with McDonald's and KFC just a minute away and a supermarket within a 10-minute walk.
Pros: The service was lovely, and the breakfast was a highlight. A tip for future guests: if you book early via the website, you might snag a deal that includes breakfast. The selection wasn't huge, but the quality was good and perfect for starting the day. Compared to other hotels in the area, this was very budget-friendly and definitely worth the money.
Cons: The cleanliness was acceptable, though not perfect. The room design could be improved; we found there was no table space to put our things and no real area to sit and rest in the room other than the bed.
Overall, a solid 4-star experience for travelers on a budget!
Α beautiful, stylish hotel in a very convenient area of Madrid. Very elegant decoration in the common areas, and the staff were very helpful. The parking was very close to the hotel, which was very convenient for the following days of our stay.Τhe breakfast had everything I expected, and its location on the top floor, with a view of the city, was a pleasant surprise to start the day. The rooms were very clean, a bit small, with the bathroom very close to the bed, very stylish,though..For a small hotel in the heart of the city, I guess it wouldn’t be easy for them to be more spacious anyway. In any case, the room dimensions were listed on the website. The highlight was the lounge area, where you could read or relax by the fireplace while having coffee or tea that was offered for free all day long.
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The breakfasts were especially great — very tasty and quite varied, with plenty of options to choose from. The Coffee Point area was a lovely bonus for online check-in: it was nice to stop by at any time for a cup of tea or coffee in a cozy atmosphere. We also really liked the common areas with board games, which were comfortable and perfect for relaxing and spending time. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would be happy to come back again. We think it should be more stars hotel 👍🏻
The location is great. However, the room is very small for a family traveling with three suitcases—there is no closet and not enough space to fully open the luggage. In hindsight, I should have paid closer attention to the reviews before booking. The lobby coffee machine was broken during our stay. Breakfast is only available for 30 minutes, and we were asked to move once that time had passed. There is also no refrigerator in the room.
It was a clean and comfortable hotel located very close to the main Atocha station and Reina Sofia, Thyseen and Prado museums. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast at their rooftop and the view was fantastic with only an additional 2 euro per day to your stay (must add that when you booking your stay). I booked a single room. While the room was small, it was perfect for me since I did not have much luggage and the price was economical. I will stay with them again when I return to Madrid 👍
The room is reasonably comfortable, but a bit small, but the worse thing is bathroom. As the doot is translucent, the bathroom light goes direct into the person laying down in the bed. The sink is also outside of the bathroom. There is no space to put support your things in the bathroom, neither in the shower box. The breakfast is very, very good - everything is really well done. The staff is very supportive and kind. It's also very well located, with a metro station near by.
We enjoyed our stay at Sleep’N Atocha a budget accomadation, it is very well situated near all the major museums and other sites of interest in Madrid. Very easy to get there from the Airport either by bus or train to the Atocha Station, and less than a 10 minute walk. The rooms are very small but adequate, could also use additional lighting in the bathroom. The staff was also very helpful, reaching out before arrival and assisting with online check-in. The breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon, fresh orange juice, and a variety of pastries with the breakfast staff very friendly. A plus for online check-in included 24/7 all you can drink sodas and coffee.
