Extremely convenient location, with great rooms. It’s 2 min walk from the carpark. Superb for kids and feels very safe.
However, what I want to really highlight is the excellent staff. They made efforts to make our stay comfortable but the thing that made them stand out was their effort to help us after we left. We dropped a bag full of money (really quite alot) and they walked over to the carpark and then subsequently to the breakfast place to make sure that they found it. Honestly, is second to none. I will highly recommend this place to anyone who is coming to Madrid
I can not recommend this place enough. As they say, the rooms are small, but this was probably the smartest hotel I have been in years. As a lecturer on Hotel Management, I was amazed to recognize how well managed it is, and how the staff is motivated to be there. Every single aspect is subject of consideration, and the guest do feel welcome.
Loved my stay here. The room is very small, but it's clean and comfortable. The location is great, right by Parque Del Retiro and walking distance from other tourist attractions.
There are a lot of good restaurants around as well. Overall I recommend this hotel.
The best thing about this hotel was the service, everyone was so nice and accommodating making sure we always had everything we needed. For a 2 star hotel the rooms were very clean and comfortable. My only complaint about this hotel was the location, while it was nice being next to the train station it is far away from a lot of the attractions. The other downside is that it was VERY VERY noisy.. we were woke up all hours of the night by people screaming, police sirens, and engines rumbling.
Loved it. Very small rooms as advertised, but just right for sleeping and showering. Great location by the Atocha train station and El Retiro Park
Unbeatable location (7’ walking from Atocha, next to Reina Sofía Museum), clean and modern. Professional and friendly staff. Free soft drinks and coffee if you check in online. Rooms are a bit on the small side, however rather comfortable. 100% recommended!
I loved this hotel. It was perfectly located for the metro and walking distance of the main train station. the room I was in was a little small but still good for the price and how clean and modern it was. The staff were excellent - really helpful and welcoming, I couldn’t fault the service I received there. Thank you
