The hotel is quite old and the rooms definitely need renovation. In my opinion, the overall condition does not really correspond to the price for the high season .
The soundproofing is particularly poor. The doors seem very old and we could hear everything happening in the corridor, as well as a party in the building. The noise was so disturbing that we had to go out and ask people to be quieter.
The shower was another major issue. Water easily overflowed and spread all over the bathroom floor. It would be very helpful to add some kind of barrier or improve the shower design to prevent this.
The air conditioning was also disappointing, as the minimum temperature was limited to 24°C, which was not comfortable enough during hot weather.
On the positive side, the location is very good — close to both the city centre and the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they also assisted us with arranging a taxi.
Overall, the location and staff are definite advantages, but the rooms, soundproofing, bathroom and air conditioning need improvement, especially considering the price of the stay.
We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—everything was within easy reach, and we could easily get here from the airport. We chose a room with a sea view and were treated to the most beautiful sunsets every evening.
The harbor was just a short 10-minute walk away, which was incredibly convenient. Additionally, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended!
Great hotel with excellent value for money. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. The rooms were fresh, very clean, and always perfectly tidied up. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
A great budget friendly hotel! Our room was spacious with a balcony, where we had a glimpse of the sea. Rooms were serviced daily, there is a fridge in room, water coolers on each floor and tea/coffee facilities. There is also a small lift. Staff were great here, very helpful. The hotel is in a great location, just minutes from the beach, short walk into town and around 20 minutes to the old town. Theres a bar/restaurant downstairs, although we didn't use this facility. There are lots of cafes, bars and restaurants close by the Stay hotel. There is lots of on street parking in the square opposite. We would definitely stay again.
We didn't expect such high-quality service and accommodation for this price point. The hotel is spotless and very easy to access. A huge plus was the staff being so lovely and allowing us to check in early. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and well-designed. Highly recommended!
I travel a lot and this could easily be a 4 star hotel, if they had a pool. So clean!! So comfortable, so friendly, so easy to get to the beach, to the port, to the town center! And yes, the staff is very helpful and friendly. All in all, this place feels like it is run by an honest and earnest people. They make sure everyone and everything is taken care of properly.
I absolutely love STAY HOTEL. I stayed here during Christmas and I’m back again now, and it truly feels like coming home.
The atmosphere is warm, calm, and instantly welcoming. Christmas was especially cozy and joyful, and coming back later to the same level of care made me genuinely happy. The rooms are beautiful, spotless, and easy to relax in from the first moment.
What really makes the difference is the people. The staff are kind, attentive, and make you feel truly welcome.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. In fact, I already have, and I can’t wait to come back.
I had a fantastic stay at STAY Hotel in Rhodes Town. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — a special mention to them for going out of their way to help me recover my shoes, which really shows how much they care about their guests.
The location is absolutely perfect: very central and close to everything, making it easy to explore Rhodes Town on foot. On top of that, the hotel was spotless throughout my stay — cleanliness is clearly a top priority here.
