Good value for money, excellent location (5 blocks from the beach but in a restaurant district), fully equipped kitchen, coworking space, and spotless pools. The only downside is the soundproofing, but for the price, the package is more than satisfactory.
An incredible experience, excellent service, a fully functional room, a good bed, and a great shower. A multitude of spaces ready to be used, including an indoor pool, sauna, reading room, TV, and workspace. Everything was colorful, pleasant, and very enjoyable. Highly recommended.
A short but intense stay 😀 Very well located for exploring Punta del Este. Super accessible, the facilities are top-notch, the staff are friendly and prompt, and they also have many amenities. Highly recommended!
I always come back to ZAG. I like this place because: ~ Excellent location ~ Beautiful ocean views, from the room if you have one or from the common area. There's an outdoor bar where I really like to have breakfast. It also has some really good beanbag chairs. ~ Very good amenities. Outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, sauna, patio, and if you're staying more than 3 days, I understand there's also the kitchen, which I love. ~ The service from the entire staff is very good. ~ If you're looking for something relaxed but comfortable and warm, this could be your place.
I stayed at ZAG almost four months ago. I had two suite rooms, which I really appreciated for their ocean views. The common areas are beautiful and well-maintained, the building has a very good vibe, and there's a good atmosphere. Like any place with a high turnover of staff and other things, we can have a bad day. But my experience after almost 120 days is very positive. Largely thanks to the staff. They're open, have a good vibe, and if there's a disagreement, they always resort to dialogue and a solution. There may be occasional exceptions due to a bad day; we're all human. And it's a place where people live together from different perspectives. Which is always enriching. If you're looking for something TOP 5-star, maybe this isn't the place. I wasn't looking for that. I was looking for a home, a good place, a place to connect, good people, something better than what I already knew, to work, to live, to share, and to enjoy. And I found it. It's called ZAG. Thank you, and especially to your great team. Sabri (IT'S BECAUSE OF HER I'M HERE; she was the first person to explain everything to me), Cami, Angel, Carlitos, and the entire team of women. Strength and let's go up Uruguay! LOCATION 10/10 AMENITIES 9/10 ROOMS 8.5/10 PERSONAL SERVICE 9/10 COMFORT 9/10
