You will feel at home from the very first moment and will find more than just a community, but a family with whom you will feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The community has a very familiar, calm, respectful and friendly dynamic.
Located in a house classified as Historial Heritage, every month different events are organised both for people who are living in the coliving and for nomads in the city.

Coliving 1907 is the perfect location for a workation. My room was superbly equipped with a height-adjustable desk, just like the one I have at work in my office. I was also able to rent an extra monitor for my time there, which made working there perfect. I always felt safe, even when it came to my work equipment (there are certain requirements that everyone has in their employment contract), I always felt secure. The accommodation is limited to a maximum number of residents, and because everyone currently living there is invited to join a Slack group, you always know exactly who is staying there (there were also lovely signs hung on the doors with the names of the residents, and I felt welcome as soon as I arrived). So everyone knows everyone else because they have already met in the Slack group, or at the latest in the communal kitchen or on the rooftop. If you still haven't managed to meet everyone, there is often a pizza night on Wednesdays, organized by the owner Raquel, or a breakfast with delicious churros. Raquel, the owner, always makes sure you're comfortable and gives you tips about the area and what you can do on the weekend. Apart from that, as temporary residents, we were always able to communicate via the Slack group and got together for day trips or evening meals.
I really enjoyed my time there and will remember it for a long time, because the house itself is impressive, it's beautiful, and the surroundings are also totally beautiful, because it's in the middle of the old town and you have everything you need around you, from supermarkets to wine bars, the most beautiful shops and museums, and rooftop bars.
I had a perfect stay at Raquel’s coliving. The house and the room are beautiful and well equipped and the rooftop terrace is an absolute dream. The location of the building in the city centre couldn’t be better.
Raquel is an attentive and wonderful host, and I truly didn’t miss a thing. Would love to come back!
I spent a wonderful month here and can highly recommend this house.
It is located right next to the charming old town districts of Triana and Vegueta. The historic building is a real gem and has been furnished with great taste. The spacious roof terrace is a particular highlight — ideal for relaxing, working, or soaking up the sun.
The rooms have height-adjustable desks and the beds are very comfortable.
The central bus station San Telmo is only a 5-minute walk away. From there, you can easily get anywhere on the island.
The host Raquel is the heart and soul of the house. She is very friendly and responds to messages immediately.
One thing to keep in mind when choosing a room: some rooms face Calle Buenos Aires. As this street is very busy in the morning, people who are sensitive to noise should ask Raquel for a suitable room.
This was my first coliving experience, and I really enjoyed it.
Raquel manages Coliving 1907 and was lovely. She is warm and responsive. The weekly cleanings also kept everything comfortable and well-maintained.
She can tell you some stories about her family's long history with the home, which she renovated a few years ago.
I’d especially recommend the Tamadaba room. It has a double bed, a private bathroom, and opens onto a courtyard. It was quieter than some of the other rooms, which I appreciated.
I worked at times from the rooftop, the dining room, and my bedroom. While those spaces were nice, I personally still needed to rotate in some external coworking spaces.
The location is right in the old city and close to many bus lines. The main San Telmo bus station is only a 5-10 minute walk away, making it very easy to get around.
Socially, I didn’t connect much with people during my first couple of weeks beyond brief kitchen encounters. That changed when Raquel organized a rooftop pizza night, which really helped break the ice. After that, we started organizing our own small events, and it genuinely began to feel like a community.
Overall, a great first coliving experience. Thank you!
Raquel has been very nice and responsive. I cant really add anything new from what has been reviewed already by others. Location is very good, bed is comfortable, but it could help to better isolate the rooms from the outside noise. I know its difficult to do so,as it is a historical building, we have the same problem in Romania..
And it would have also been nice to have some activities together with the others, but alas, we got ourselves aquainted in the kitchen while cooking.
Location is very good
The shower still gets cloged once in a while
Great location, nice rooms in a historical building in the center of Las Palmas. Desks in the rooms are very large and comfy to work. Amazing terrace to start the day witg the sun.... Definetely my fav Coliving place!
Great place to live and work in central Las Palmas! Everything is within walking distance and the owner is very helpful. The rooftop terrace is fantastic. San Telmo bus station is 5 mins away, with direct bus service to and from LPA and the rest of the island.
Amazing room in a beautiful part of town. Raquel is a great, very reactive and allround lovely host. Looking forward to my next stay here at 1907.
