Stayed at 908 for 8 months just to save some money but left with lifelong friends - I’m incredibly grateful to have lived here. 908 is a really unique space with lots of amenities (personally I made good use of the sauna and exercise equipment), and a community of young and ambitious adults from all around the world. Josh, the owner, has a great blend of friendliness and professionalism and he is quick to address any concerns or issues. It may be slightly more expensive than some of the other colivings but it is for good reason: 908 definitely offers the premium coliving experience in San Francisco. You shouldn’t overthink this one, you will be happy at 908!
I strongly recommend 908 for 3 reasons. 1. Community of like-minded people 2. Quality of bedroom, kitchen and common spaces(co-working, lounge) 3. Easy access to Chinatown town, and downtown I stayed 908 for a whole month of April. It's the best fulfilled month with the authentic friendship and empowerment of community of like-minded people. Especially I met with international founders coming from UK, EU, other countries, and share the information of investment, immigration, etc. That's so helpful. Also Josh, the owner of 908, hosted some events(Yoga and body workout) every Saturday and Sunday. It's also helps me to have a habit of maintaining my body health. As for a quality of living, it's amazing. I booked at a shared-room. If I need a call at night, I used a co-working space underground and the table next to the kitchen. Lastly, it's 5 mins walk from china town and 20 mins bike to go to downtown. Enough convenient and very safe.
I lived one month in 908 and it was fantastic. The vibes in the house are so good, so chill, and you feel comfortable in every moment. I slept in a share room, and was fantastic. The share rooms are so comfortable and you don’t lose privacy. Also the people it’s so kindle. I miss every person that I met. They are so open, and if they are free, you can hang out with them. Wonderful experience. PD: I’m from Argentina, if you have any questions ask me on instagram @ soymanuca
During my 5 months in San Francisco, 908 was the place where I spent my best time and where I have the most fond memories... I was able to meet some wonderful people with whom I'm still in touch. Although the place may seem rather expensive at first glance, I can guarantee that it's worth it for the good times you'll have there in return (everything is expensive in San Francisco anyway...). The place is extremely well located in the heart of SF, so don't hesitate if you're looking for the best shared apartment in SF, it's at 908 for sure !
So grateful for 908 Coliving. I couldn’t ask for a better sense of community and family that made my SF experience so special and memorable. I’ve lived in coliving spaces before, but the people, location, and amenities of 908 make it unique. Josh does a lot to make it a welcoming, sociable, and peaceful home. Highly recommend.
908 was an incredible place for my few months in SF. It’s very clean, well equipped, in a central and safe location, and overall very comfortable place to live. Most importantly, the community that has gathered there is incredible - can’t stress that enough. Go to 908 and meet new friends from all over the world and all walks of life. You wont regret it!
I lived in 908 for a year. My initial plan was to just stay for a couple of months but I ended up extending my contract several times because I was happy living there Location is great, safe neighborhood and plenty of nearby restaurants and markets. The house is huge and everyone has plenty of space for their food and other stuff. People living there and managing the house are the best thing of it, kind and helpful whenever you need it. The only con is maybe the kitchen (if you like a lot to cook). There is space for 2 people cooking at the same time so sometimes the place was getting busy very quickly but half of the house or even more don´t cook a lot and if you are the early bird you won´t have any issue at all with this. I don´t think you can find many other places like this around SF, you won´t regret it :)
