I was disappointed by my stay but I will try to be as fair as possible with regards to the hotel and its services. Things I liked: The rooms were air conditioned, it had a kitchenette and they were clean. I didn't use the co-working spaces but they looked good and seemed well equipped. It was close to the train station which was convenient for getting in/out of Montpellier Issues I had with this hotel: There are no restaurants close by, aside from the hotel restaurant, and although there is a kitchenette there is no washing up liquid, dish towel or dish cloth. If you dirty any dishes the housekeeping staff will not clean it, however I don't expect housekeeping to clean my dishes, but if you are going to provide a kitchenette at least give people the necessaries to clean up after themselves. Now to breakfast...This breakfast is way too expensive for what you get at 14 euros. My friend and I ended up getting charged one day for a full breakfast when the buffet was nearly empty. We should have checked but we were really tired and just took for granted that it would be properly stocked. The hotel offered us a 50% refund but we wanted a full refund, which the hotel has declined to give us. I would recommend that if you want breakfast: 1) Go to the Lidl supermarket up the road or to the Monoprix at Place Comédie. Get food there and use your kitchenette. It will save you money and grief. OR 2) Go to place de la Comédie or Esplanade Charles de Gaulles (13 and 15 minutes respectively) you will find better and more affordable breakfasts than what is offered at this hotel.

I want to go into detail because, when I read reviews before booking a hotel, I expect them to help me make an informed decision. The toilet paper was of extremely poor quality, and there were no facial tissues in the room. Although the room included a kettle, microwave, oven, and some dishes, there was no dishwashing liquid or sponge provided and housekeeping did not wash the dishes. The tea and coffee supplies were not replenished during housekeeping. The curtains did not close properly, so the room became bright early in the morning. If you are sensitive to light, you may not get a good night’s sleep. The noise insulation was also very poor. Every time the neighboring room’s door opened or closed, the sound was extremely loud, and even the walls seemed to shake. On top of that, the tram passing outside every 10 minutes was clearly audible from the room. The breakfast service was a nightmare. Although the one or two staff members were working very hard, they were clearly understaffed. They could not keep up with cleaning the tables and replenishing the food and utensils, so there was always something missing that you had to ask for, such as bread, spoons, eggs, or trays. The breakfast selection was also quite limited. Last but not least, and the most disappointing part of my stay, was the housekeeping. I realized that the bed sheets were not being changed regularly because I noticed the same stain on my sheet for several consecutive days. That created a serious trust issue for me and is simply not acceptable. The staff were friendly and polite, but the overall experience—especially the housekeeping issue—made my stay very unpleasant.

Interesting accommodation concept, more like coliving than a traditional hotel. Rooms are simple but functional and clean. Common areas are really good for socializing and working. Decent location, overall fine for a short stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Bikube Montpellier. As a newly opened property, everything feels fresh, modern, and spotlessly clean, with beautifully designed surroundings that create a really relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant and café are excellent—great food and a lovely space to spend time in. What stood out most, though, was the service. The front desk team was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I was a bit confused about how to use the laundry, and they took the time to walk me through it with real patience. A special mention as well to the restaurant staff, who kindly gave me some milk on May 1st when most shops were closed—that small gesture meant a lot. This isn’t just a place for a short stay—it’s also perfect for a workation. They’ve created an environment that makes you want to slow down and stay longer. I’d definitely come back.

By far my best stay in France this year. New, clean, comfortable, practical. Convenient for any stay that's not purely touristic or longer than 2-3 nights - for a shorter stay I'd choose a more central location. Rooms are on the smaller side, but the communal facilities - coworking space, outdoor space, laundry, gym, etc - make the overall experience workable. A bike is a good idea for getting around town.

Everything is perfect, but, a bottle of water inside the fridge would make it the best, they say there is electric charger, but it’s not, just a plug, 2,2kwh, one night 12hours, charged 25kwh, so if you pretend to charge a normal car to continue your trip, it won’t be fully charged. For a 4 star hotel, fried eggs in the breakfast would be much better.

Super location for us, close to tram 3 station. Friendly, great service, nice and clean room. Good garage, at a reasonable cost. Being celiac (need to eat gluten free) I had to bring my own bread to breakfast but there is plenty of yoghurt, bacon, eggs, ham and cheese. I can recommend strongly even though the bed is a bit hard for my taste.

I had a great stay at Bikube! Clean and modern rooms with créative use of space. The common areas are very nice, well equipped and clean. The food in the restaurant is great. The coworking space is comfortable with tea, coffee and water available as well as meeting rooms and private spaces. Nice shared outdoor space and gym. The staff was really great and were so helpful. Shout out to François for helping with my luggage and generally being so nice! Considering a longer stay early next year. Thanks, All!
