Simply perfect! I felt completely at home, the hosts are always there for tips about your stay and the girls who support the hosts are also super nice. The whole house is modern and lovingly furnished and perfectly clean. The house is located in beautiful surroundings with lots of nature. The surf beach in Arrifana is only a few minutes away by car. Yoga with Fiona was great. The breakfast was simply delicious and the hosts prepared extra vegan options for me. I always felt welcome and at home. I will definitely be back. Wonderful bed & breakfast with wonderful hosts. The facilities are beautifully designed, the breakfast is truly amazing and Vanessa & her husband were very warm and welcoming hosts! :)
Just left and already dreaming of returning. A very special place. The house is gorgeously styled, and surrounded by the national park. Thank you for the perfect tips on run routes! That lake! And most welcoming stay. Really amazing and will be back!
Birds of paradise is an absolute gem! The lodge feels like a home away from home and the owners are fantastic hosts, always up for a chat and giving great recommendations for the region. The breakfast was amazing, the beds comfy and soft and the backyard with the pool is the best spot for a relaxing afternoon after surfing, hiking and exploring. With the car, the beaches and restaurants are reachable within 5 minutes. 10/10 recommend and we will be back!
We had a lovely time at the Birds of Paradise! Both hosts were very warm and kind and gave us some very nice recommendations about activities in the area. Breakfast was also delicious! We will definitely recommend a stay at Birds of Paradise!
I had a wonderful stay at birds of paradise. A beautiful place, the room was perfect with a nice balcony to enjoy the afternoon sun. Breakfast was delicious! Hope to come back again soon.
For the third time (!) a great stay at Birds of Paradise! (with family, friends or alone, it is all good)
The Sanderling room, with a super sunny balcony, is my favorite. The delicious breakfast and the useful suggestions for restaurants, activities & surf make it all very relaxed:)
