Stayed here for almost 6 weeks and really enjoyed it. If you're looking for a coliving in Cape Town, I would highly recommend Cape Coliving. Matt and Dakota are great hosts and put in a lot of effort to create a lively community within the house. Dee, the housekeeper, is amazing—always friendly and keeps everything spotless, which really adds to the comfort of the stay. It's a great place to work with great wifi, lots of places you can sit and work, and proper desks to work from in each room.
Cape Coliving has quickly become my new home away from home! It truly has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The vibe here is fantastic ! warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. Matt and Dakota are absolutely amazing; they go above and beyond to plan activities and ensure your stay is as lovely as possible. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, they make sure you have a great time. I can’t recommend Cape Coliving enough for anyone seeking a friendly and vibrant place to stay in Cape Town! It’s the perfect balance of work and vacation!
Best. Coliving. Ever! We stayed here for 3 weeks, but I wish we booked 3 months. Matt and Dakota are such great community managers, who really make you feel at home. They actively encourage group activities and even organize events/trips. The house is well equipped with anything you need in the kitchen and bathroom etc. The wifi is great in the house. There are lots of places for you to sit or work. There are even weights on the rooftop for a workout. The area feels safe. There are amazing supermarkets and specialty food stores within walking distance. As well as several gyms, a park, and the promenade. Overall a great place to work, make friends and discover Cape Town.
I've stayed here for a about 1,5 months and felt at home from the first moment I stepped through the door. Matt, Neil (the house managers during my stay) and Dee (the housekeeper) are super friendly, approachable and helpful people. The great coffee and ever full water cooler also were much appreciated! My bed was super comfortable and my ensuite room (Hill) had everything I needed. I definitely recommend staying here and I have a feeling I'll be back there sometime soon. 😄 PS the sunsets from the roof are quite something!!
I absolutely loved my time at Cape coliving (and wish I booked more). The house is big and located in an amazing area, very close to the waterfront promenade, a very cute park, a delicious deli, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets. The hosts Matt and Dakota put a lot of effort into making you feel at home. It's a very social and welcoming place where your privacy is also respected, so very ideal for digital nomads who are busy with work but want a group to go out and explore Cape Town with. If you like cooking, the kitchen is well stocked and has a lot of appliances. Also the cleaning staff is on site daily to make sure the place is neat. 100% recommended!
This coliving is perfect for anyone looking to discover Cape Town through the eyes of locals, meet new friends, live in a beautiful house and be part of a very special community. The coliving is run by the kindest people who invest much of their own time to get to know and do activities with their guests. This part is truly special. All guests are being interviewed before their stay to ensure you meet the nicest and most interesting people during your stay and the community thrives on. I had the pleasure of staying for a month and have made friends and memories for life. The house is stunning, has many places to work besides your room. Community meetings every Monday help plan the week - whichever ideas you bring to the table, you will find colivers who will want to join - hikes, dinners, roadtrips, surfing, playing paddle - even skydiving. If you're into community, this place is for you.
I had such a great time during my month at Cape Town co-living with 12 other remote workers/digital nomads from around the world!! Matt did a fantastic job of connecting the co-living group and creating a fun, comfortable, respectful space. Our group was truly perfect - just the right size to make lasting friendships, and a good mix of backgrounds and nationalities. I highly recommend Cape Town co-living and would happily return!
