I liked this place and would stay again, although there are some small drawbacks. The location is excellent - lots of restaurants just a few blocks east or west. The neighborhood is really quiet. The shared space (patio/bbq) is super nice. I got a junior room and it had what I needed. Bed was nice. The drawback is that the only window just goes into the hallway. I imagine all of the rooms facing out are excellent. Another thing, the stairs are kind of wonky. It seems weird to mention it, but every set of stairs is a little different so it feels weird to go up 2 or 3 levels.
Great location, nice facilities and extremely friendly staff. I booked a room for a whole month and got to cancel the last 4 days of my stay and they kindly offered me a refund for those days. Highly recommended for a stay in Laureles.
Trust me when I say "go and book this place!" It is amazing! So clean, great facilities, 24 hour concierge service, and let me tell you, THE BEST AND MOST COMFORTABLE bed ever! It is close to the party zone yet it is soooo quiet, like really quiet. I slept like a baby!! 100% recommend if you are looking for quality, good sleep, and clean facilites at a good price! And let's not forget the sauna! Woo-hoo!!
Booked this place because I needed to do laundry and I wanted to meet people. For a place that brands itself as a coliving space, there weren't very many spaces to meet people or "colive", so to speak. I got a room with a window facing the street (yay), not very noisy which I appreciated. Room was pretty small and basic, can't imagine living there for a week or a month. When I checked in, I was given a sheet with all the information, and I saw that laundry if I'm not staying for at least a week is $10 (USD). But, on their website, it says laundry is included. I told this to the person at the desk and they let me do laundry for free, except I had to do it at that time and not later. Sigh. Internet also cut out here and there, so for a coliving space, not great. Didn't really like this spot all too much.
I booked a month stay here and I loved it! The place has a great aesthetic with lots of plants and the staff is very helpful. It's perfect for longer stays because everything you need is literally next door or around the corner.
