Jose is unequivocally the best manager there is. Oh my god. I don't have words. He is extremely helpful, kind, resourceful, respectful, and patient. The list goes on. Casa santefe is also in a great location in Laureles and walking distance to cafes/ restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping - anything you might need. It is not much of a coliving and is more like a hotel with a coworking space. Its great for what it offers and its price
This place is exactly as advertised, and a great deal for the money. José, the manager understands customer service and is exemplary with the guests.
Definitely recommended. Great location, and quiet street.
The walls are a bit thin, so sometimes can hear people outside chatting.
First to the reviewer that said trust me you need to book this place, well you lost my trust. Unfortunately I was pretty disappointed in my stay here. I will start with the positives, wonderful hot shower and a great location. We got the standard room. The pictures show windows to the outside, it seems the majority of the rooms only have windows to the interior hallway, so to have your window open you lose all privacy, and no ac. Maybe you need to actually call them to arrange a room with an outside window .If you can’t open the window you should at least have air. Also the bed was extremely uncomfortable, I added a picture so you can see the springs all those wavy lines are springs . Also as VIP hotels.com member you receive a”spa service” that was their sauna that I thought might redeem them. Nope pretty much a cool steam room with extremely hot water bubbling out of the corner that my partner burned his feet on. The staff was extremely friendly but unless you are just trying to hang out in the common areas I would stay somewhere eles. For our night two we found a place a few blocks away with a kitchenette in the unit, AC and a window to the out side. I normally only share my good experiences but I was truly miserable there and it is because I read good reviews after good reviews. If I knew it was a hallway window situation I would not have booked it.
Nice place at great location . Rooms are decent with good amenities. Working area could be improved a bit .
Really friendly and helpful staff, nice that they have someone at front desk 24/7. My phone was not charging the first night and one of the members kindly helped me troubleshoot and even recommended some places where I could get my phone checked out. Booked the basic standard room for first couple nights but it was way too small for me (no space to open my suitcase) and had no AC. I wanted to switch to a bigger room with AC, and while the suites were initially unavailable during my stay, the team was very kind to let me know when there was a cancellation I upgraded to one of their suites and it was well worth the extra. Very roomy, lots of space, comfortable bed, AC, plus fridge + small kitchen. Availability of filtered water and coffee for guests also a nice bonus. Would certainly recommend and stay again!
Very good price for the money . Took was very good the internet was a little bit slow at times , but I would recommend it . It is close to the strip without all the noise .
I booked a month stay here and I loved it! The place has a great aesthetic with lots of plants and the staff is very helpful. It's perfect for longer stays because everything you need is literally next door or around the corner.
Booked this place because I needed to do laundry and I wanted to meet people. For a place that brands itself as a coliving space, there weren't very many spaces to meet people or "colive", so to speak. I got a room with a window facing the street (yay), not very noisy which I appreciated. Room was pretty small and basic, can't imagine living there for a week or a month.
When I checked in, I was given a sheet with all the information, and I saw that laundry if I'm not staying for at least a week is $10 (USD). But, on their website, it says laundry is included. I told this to the person at the desk and they let me do laundry for free, except I had to do it at that time and not later. Sigh.
Internet also cut out here and there, so for a coliving space, not great. Didn't really like this spot all too much.
