Not a coliving place, really just a hotel that is great to spend a couple of days but not more.
We originally were supposed to spend multiple weeks there since they advertise themselves as a good long term place, but it's completely false 😅
-> They say they have fast wifi for digital nomads, but the coworking space had horrible wifi during most of our stay that would go completely off or just not work at all. They aknowledged the problem from day 1, but more than a week later they still had not changed the antenna they said they needed to change. It's unacceptable for a place that says they have fast wifi since the coworking space is the reason we booked the place (we asked for a refund so that we could leave and they gave us back the money tho).
-> Their "fully equipped kitchen" s a lot of basic items. No mugs, no pasta drainer, no vegetable peeler, only like 4 forks for the entire building(???). You have to keep all of your food in your small room since there is no space in the kitchen for it and bring it down everytime you cook.
-> Despite the pictures on Airbnb showing an outside window, we were unlucky and got a room with an inside window. It's really not nice as there is no airflow and no light. We could not let the window open because when you're there everyone sees you and when you leave people can easily unlock the door from it. Again, it does the job for a couple of days but you definitely can't stay for a few weeks there.
-> The only nice spot to actually sit on the rooftop doesn't look like on the pictures anymore (one sofa missing and the one there was full of holes) and it is the smoking zone, so not really nice since the other part is always under the sun.
The big positive points are the good location and the fact the reception staff and the cleaning crew are very lovely people.
Blue ribbon/ highest rating facility and people across the board here, and 100% honest & safe. Really incredible! Accommodating and enthusiastic and compassionate and patient and diligent. And everything works! Perfect neighborhood too. Perfect spot. With just the right balance of community and privacy. And super comfortable!
I recommend 100%!!!!!
Jose is unequivocally the best manager there is. Oh my god. I don't have words. He is extremely helpful, kind, resourceful, respectful, and patient. The list goes on. Casa santefe is also in a great location in Laureles and walking distance to cafes/ restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping - anything you might need. It is not much of a coliving and is more like a hotel with a coworking space. Its great for what it offers and its price
This place is exactly as advertised, and a great deal for the money. José, the manager understands customer service and is exemplary with the guests.
Definitely recommended. Great location, and quiet street.
The walls are a bit thin, so sometimes can hear people outside chatting.
First to the reviewer that said trust me you need to book this place, well you lost my trust. Unfortunately I was pretty disappointed in my stay here. I will start with the positives, wonderful hot shower and a great location. We got the standard room. The pictures show windows to the outside, it seems the majority of the rooms only have windows to the interior hallway, so to have your window open you lose all privacy, and no ac. Maybe you need to actually call them to arrange a room with an outside window .If you can’t open the window you should at least have air. Also the bed was extremely uncomfortable, I added a picture so you can see the springs all those wavy lines are springs . Also as VIP hotels.com member you receive a”spa service” that was their sauna that I thought might redeem them. Nope pretty much a cool steam room with extremely hot water bubbling out of the corner that my partner burned his feet on. The staff was extremely friendly but unless you are just trying to hang out in the common areas I would stay somewhere eles. For our night two we found a place a few blocks away with a kitchenette in the unit, AC and a window to the out side. I normally only share my good experiences but I was truly miserable there and it is because I read good reviews after good reviews. If I knew it was a hallway window situation I would not have booked it.
Nice place at great location . Rooms are decent with good amenities. Working area could be improved a bit .
Really friendly and helpful staff, nice that they have someone at front desk 24/7. My phone was not charging the first night and one of the members kindly helped me troubleshoot and even recommended some places where I could get my phone checked out. Booked the basic standard room for first couple nights but it was way too small for me (no space to open my suitcase) and had no AC. I wanted to switch to a bigger room with AC, and while the suites were initially unavailable during my stay, the team was very kind to let me know when there was a cancellation I upgraded to one of their suites and it was well worth the extra. Very roomy, lots of space, comfortable bed, AC, plus fridge + small kitchen. Availability of filtered water and coffee for guests also a nice bonus. Would certainly recommend and stay again!
Very good price for the money . Took was very good the internet was a little bit slow at times , but I would recommend it . It is close to the strip without all the noise .
