We had the most amazing stay at Clics, potentially the best place we stayed at in Sri Lanka. We stayed in the private room. We went there for the super fast internet and Coliving community but everything was perfect: super clean, great interior design, attentive and friendly staff, great coffee, little kitchen to cook for ourselves, rocket-fast internet, excellent location near everything we needed etc etc etc. Hiriketiya is also a great place for a chilled work+play stay and the quiet street of the Coliving was perfect for that. Highly recommend!!!
I came to stay for a night and use the co-working space but stayed for an entire week. Prasad is truly exceptional as a host. I had an amazing week in Hiriketiya, taking part in multiple activities, going on the beach and coming back to work at the amazing co-working space. The whole place, common spaces and the dorms are just a vibe. It isn't a social hostel per se but that's where the advantage comes from. The wifi is solid, the coffee is strong and the dogs are cute.
Just a mention: The dorms don't have AC. I was hesitant at first on this point but it all worked out for me during the week.
Can't really fault it tbf. Amazing host, central location and clean/comfortable . Nice to have an area to cook in/ prep food in and the working space was nice with incredibly fast wifi .
Our stay at Clics was amazing. The space itself is beautifully designed, cozy and intimate - but also very private.
The lush garden, serene private room, and spotless kitchen was perfect. The room was so peaceful & airy. We had beautiful nights sleep.
The coworking space with high-speed WiFi was perfect for work.
Being just a two-minute walk from the beach, we enjoyed daily strolls and stunning sunsets. The location is perfect, near some really yummy restaurants.
Prasad went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He gave great recommendations and organised a scooter rental almost immediately. He was available to answer all questions via WhatsApp.
We can't wait to return! Would recommend.
Amazing coliving experience. I stayed in the Private Double Room with A/C for a month and everything was perfect. The room is spacious and they clean it regularly. The staff is incredibly nice. Prasad is the best and Julia was the most creative and welcoming social host I have ever met.
If I had to say something would be about the kitchen- it could be better equipped.
If I were to come back to Hiriketiya I would not stay anywhere else.
Only used for the co working space. Very fast internet (the best I had in my whole 2months trip in Sri Lanka). You pay 5$ a day and you have coffee included. Best deal ever. Was able to make zoom calls effortlessly. Can be quite busy during the week so you have to go outside for zoom calls because everyone’s in silent inside but was great. Has air conditioning too
A good place for coworking at reasonable prices. You should come early if you want to grab a spot in the indoor coworking space with AC. Also, Clics offers to rent a scooter which is a very easy and convenient way to get around.
