Pros:
- Beautiful location;
- Attractive, well-maintained apartment with modern bathrooms and kitchenette;
- Diverse community.
Cons:
- Use of shared yoga space for business purposes;
- Disturbances from clients, especially on weekends, where the front door remained open all day (unsafe);
- Diversity (the downside) sometimes caused friction.
- Defects were resolved with some delay.
The only coal-living project in Limburg, Belgium. A former miners' home. A very social approach to living together in a green setting steeped in mining history. With the Hoge Kempen National Park behind it.
Four housing options are available for short- or long-term rental.
