I stayed here for a month during my visit to Siargao, it was a cozy little spot with an amazing bunch of people. I had a private unit which had all the facilities I needed during my stay. The hosts here are so helpful and arranged all my transport, scooter and anything I needed. This is the perfect spot if you're looking to make the most of your stay in Siargao and leave with many friends for life. I would highly recommend Communal, I'll be returning very soon!
Staying at Communal Coliving truly felt like home🥹💖 Cozy rooms, super clean and such a warm community vibe. My Siargao trip became extra special because of Communal and the amazing people I met there☺️❤️ The people were so warm, welcoming and always ready to help with anything I needed. Perfect spot to relax, connect and enjoy the island🏝️✨🤗 I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend Communal to anyone visiting Siargao🥳✨ I can’t wait to come back! 🌊
I had the best time staying here. I love how this place made us feel safe throughout our stay and how it gave us the comfort and warmth we needed after exploring General Luna in the rain. It really felt like home that I didn’t bother to take a lot of photos. I was just really glad to be able to experience living there for a few days. Personally, I love the location of this place because we were able to have that little “road trip” moment going to our itineraries for each day. For the people in communal, I am really grateful for each of them. They were so kind and very accommodating. I remember during our first night, it rained so hard that we weren’t able to try the “nightlife” so we stayed at the communal area instead. Miss Tina offered to help us prepare for our surfing activity the next day. Me and my friends were all first-timers and Miss Tina generously took her time to teach us the basics individually. I was very nervous because I was never the type to do such activities hahaha but with her encouragement, I was able to conquer my fears. I’d say it’s really helpful. We had a surf instructor while surfing but Miss Tina’s tips helped me a lot. I am really grateful she taught us first. Hehe. I appreciate her generosity. I am really grateful for her. I love her wisdom also. There’s always something to learn from her whenever she speaks. She made our stay even more memorable. Her kindness warms my heart. She took us to Big Belly and bought us dinner on our last night. She even prayed for us and it’s one of my fave parts in staying in communal. I never thought someone would pray for us there. Wow. Just wow. I feel so blessed. Thank You, Lord, for Miss Tina. (Thank you so much, Miss Tina, if you ever see this.) For Miss Bom and Sir Joseph, I am also grateful for their help and their recos on where to go in Siargao. I really appreciate Miss Bom’s food recos. She has a great taste. There’s not a single reco from her that I didn’t like. :) (Thank you, Miss Bom and Sir Joseph, for the company and for dropping us off at the airport on our way back to Luzon.) I think what makes staying in Communal Coliving magical is it connects you with people instead of isolating you. I love the idea of staying there and being able to meet new people with different cultures that you instantly vibe with. It was so nice. And what also amazes me is how you can keep your privacy while still being able to connect and enjoy with everyone there. I love it so much. I love how it doesn’t just make you enjoy the place but it allows you to enjoy other people’s company as well! It was very beautiful. I would definitely go back and stay there for much longer. :)
I had the most wonderful two months staying at this coliving. I originally planned to stay just one month, but I loved it so much that I extended my stay. The package included a coworking pass, which was fantastic for balancing work and community life. The Wednesday communal dinners quickly became my favorite part, they created such a warm atmosphere and made it easy to connect with others. What made the experience truly special was the sense of family in the house. From surfing trips, simple coffee outings, to sunset drives. Every activity felt like time well spent with great people. Everyone was incredibly attentive and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. On my second day, one of my fellow colivers even taught me how to ride a bike, which turned into one of the most memorable parts of my stay. I’m so grateful for all the experiences I was able to share with such a wonderful group of people. I can't wait to come back!
Amazing place, I stayed one month in the private room and everything was perfect. Wifi is good, I could work also in the night. People are kind, funny and helpful. We had fun with social dinner and many activities. Plus the connection with Coco Space, a wonderful place where work.
I really loved my time at Communal! It’s a small coliving so you’ll become like a family quickly :) I miss Tina, Bom, Sep and Cyrus every day I was staying in the private room, which was very spacious and had a private bathroom too. Starlink wifi was great. Located in Santa Fe, 20 minutes from General Luna and 15 min from Coco coworking space. It’s a nice and quiet area but you need to be comfortable driving a scooter to get around! Coco is one of the best coworking spaces I’ve been to, and the membership being included in my rent was amazing Highly recommend communal, and I can’t wait to be back!
Communal is hands down the best place I could have found for my stay in Siargao. The people living in the house made it truly special – shared dinners, great conversations, and genuine connection. If you stay here, you’ll likely leave with real friends. I spent nearly a month in the private room, and it was perfect for my needs: hot water shower, comfy bed, a small couch, table, and desk setup ideal for remote work and calls. The best part? Uninterrupted power thanks to their solar panel system – a rare find on the island. I loved it so much that I changed my travel plans just to come back. The included coworking membership is a huge bonus too – it’s by far the best place to work from on the island. Thank you so much everyone! Hope to see you soon!
