The place is new and stylish. 5 stars for design and functionality. Thought the shower for me needed a bit more privacy than just a plant.
Cleaning level could be a bit better as well.
The lady at the reception was polite. Parking was also secure and this is very important for the area where the Cowool is.
About the area - I didn’t like it al all and there are no good places to eat nearby. Center is 50’ walking distance.
The room was nice and well equipped, but when we entered it smelled like a drainage odor. The shower gel provided was empty, there were also mosquitoes, and the room wasn’t serviced during the stay like in a typical hotel. I sent some messages as no one was there at the reception but didn’t get any answers.
Upon arrival, the baby cot I had requested wasn’t there, and since the staff were absent, it was a bit of a headache for the security guard to find one. The cot didn’t have any sheets either.
I would have given a higher rating for the room, as the staff seemed genuinely friendly at check-out. The coworking space also looked pleasant, and the rooms are spacious and well equipped with a kitchenette.
The best thing in the whole experience is the team of cow wool super friendly and always making sure that everyone is satisfied about their needs.

We called to ask for the room availability and then receptionist picked up the call he talk to his colleague instead of us, just an ignorant behaviour. When we called again, same person who picked up the call, was rude and not cooperative. Please, let your workers know that they’re not answering personal calls and send this guy to training.
I liked everything about this property. It feels very safe, the staff is very welcoming and kind. Their manager really helped me with advice, also when I needed to extend my stay from one day to the other, she showed me around and she was there for every question I had.
Also the security staff is very kind and helpful. It makes the place feel very safe and welcoming.
A lot of fun stuff to do, like arcade games, a movie room, a gym etc.
The rooms are very well equipped and cosy. It made me feel like I was in a home away from home.
Would definitely recommend for a stay in Avignon, especially for work.
Using the coworking space at Cowool for 2 years. Amazing experience, great team, brilliant amenities and equipment. The outdoor gym is a plus, as well as outdoor seating and tables
Cowool is the best place to live if you work remotely you can live in the coliving appartements and work in the best coworking space I have ever seen in France and employees are very friendly! There are also a cinema, a gaming room and an outdoor gym space.
