We came all the way from Portugal, because like many others our dog was being treated for a brain tumor at Oncovet. We needed to find a place to live for a month and our stay at Cowool was a blessing!
For starters the rooms were great, simple, practical and spacious. Perfect place for us to work, cook, and relax. It is also very close to Oncovet (~5 min drive) and even closer to grocery stores and restaurants. If you are a remote worker, there is also a lot of coworking space available as well as game and movie rooms.
We informed them that we were there for our Oncovet treatment, and they waived the pet fee during our stay!
Most of all, the staff at Cowool were very very welcoming, helpful, and kind. It really made all of the difference for us as we were going through a difficult time with our dog.

Excellent hotel with lots of facilities for work. The rooms are suites with a kitchen and fold out sofa in the living room.
It was just one night, so no major complaints, beds are ok, everything is clean - but the overall sensation is of old furniture / fashion
I stayed in Cowool Villeneuve-d'Ascq for a month, the only complaining is the thin walls that let you here some noise, other than that I can say that it was really nice to stay there. You have a person in the team that can help anytime of the day, the cinema room and the game room with a lot of arcade games was really cool! The bedroom had space, pretty decor and a lot of natural light, even with the weather in this time of the year, I liked to stay there!
Do not choose the room n°267: you cannot see the sky, you cannot open a window to have fresh air...because you have no opening to the outside world.
For more than 125€ per night, not acceptable.

Spacious apartment. Well appointed. Good breakfast but definitely not as good as it used to be. Service is excellent and facilities very good.
Tidy rooms, staff helpful, delicious breakfast. Really worth price.
Nice hotel with all the amenities inside the room such as kitchen microwave etc
