It's a neat place. Clean rooms and in general. Decent location with restaurants within walking distance (1.5km), shops down the road, and a barber too if you need a haircut. It's got a nice vibe with the white building with blue doors and shutters, characteristic to Tunisia. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Only problems for me would be that the pillow I had was small and not very comfortable, nor was the bed which seems to be of the old spring variety, sinking in too much when you lay on it. Also the toilet is right beside the shower which seems to be a common thing in the cheaper hotels and most hostels as I've come to find out during my travels in Africa. Makes for a messy exit from the shower especially when there's no bathroom mat. Water is hot though, no complaints there. I also paid almost double the price when using booking.com to book this place. Found out it was TND 50 if I came here directly, but because I used booking.com I ended up paying TND 90 (rip off, really. Which hostel except for those in Europe charge this much?)
At TND 50 it's reasonable but still a little overpriced.
Decent though, considering other options in the area. Would recommend.
Nice Team, I was in Djerba for one weekend and they helped me to get the best out of it :)
Comfortable stay with clean rooms and beds, nice big lockers, friendly staff who sent useful tips over WhatsApp, a kitchen and a co-working space (which I didn't use). I was there during Eid, so the staff was on holiday and there were very few guests (so hard to get a sense of the vibe). Only small downside was the bathroom with the toilet almost inside the shower and a floor that floods very easily, so it often looks muddy.
Absolutely wonderful! Clean, great location and excellent, attentive staff.
I stayed in this beautiful place as a hostel guest through the recommendation of a local friend. They also offer the option of coliving and coworking. All of the above I can recommend with my whole heart, the employees are super friendly, helpful and nice to be around. They speak english, arabic and french. There is a small shop for all the necessities, it is clean and safe. A garden with outdoor kitchen/grill completes the experience.
Went here for coffee. The cleanest place so far I’ve been to in Djerba. Coffee was OK and bathroom clean. Means a lot after seeing the different standards of the island. Also paid 2.5€ for 3 cappucinos and 1 sparkling water bottle. Guy at the reception was very kind and amiable. Totally worth it.
A very unique coworking place for IT nomads. The rooms are big, clean and open on different sides.
Make sure to rent a bike in case you have no car and want to go often to downtown.
I went there in January 2024, and the place wasn’t crowded.
