Stayed there for 3 nights for a friends marriage. Atmosphere was very homely. Its def one of the best and very affordable place to crash a night or even for a month.. perfect for solo travelers like me.

I recently stayed at this property for 5 days and overall, I was quite impressed. The rooms are excellent, and the environment is top-notch. You could describe it as budget-friendly luxury. The amenities and atmosphere truly provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
However, I was very disappointed with the food quality. I had meals at the property for the first couple of days but had to stop due to poor hygiene standards. On one occasion, I even found a cockroach in the breakfast, which was extremely concerning. I have a photo to support this.
Based on my experience, I would recommend booking your stay here without opting for the included meals. There are plenty of food delivery options available through services like Swiggy or Zomato that offer better quality and hyginic.
Draper House has truly been a second home to me for the past 1.5 years.
I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay. The rooms, washrooms, and bed linens are always clean, water availability is consistent, and there’s ample space throughout the property.
The staff is highly professional and courteous, making the overall experience even better.
Easily one of the best places to stay in Hyderabad.

In Overall it is above good, this has checked almost all the boxes for an easy and affordable stay, i particularly liked the separate washroom which is much much better than attached washrooms. There is still some room to improve to become excellent.
Things i have liked the most:
- decent lobby with seating area, ironing board, small balcony
- has a storage room ( not like chargeable basis but more like to help the users, like if u check out by the end of checkout time, but u still have time before u leave the city, so u can store ur bags here)
- separate/common washrooms

We stayed at this place for a night and the experience was great. We visited Hyderabad for official purposes and just wanted a place to sleep and freshen up.
The beds are cozy, washroom is clean and vibe is awesome. They have fast internet, ample space to work, common space to sit and chill.
You can watch TV or network with fellow startup enthusiasts.
Host is very friendly, overall a great experience.
