I stayed for six weeks in June and July 2024, and it was an amazing experience. The house is beautiful and lovingly furnished; everything was clean and well-maintained. It was wonderful to meet people from all over the world, and even as a 43-year-old, I always felt welcome. We shared many great experiences, and I hope to return next June.
This coliving space was absolutely amazing! My room was super comfy and the common area was huge with tons of cool stuff to do. What really made it special was the awesome community vibe. People were always organizing fun activities, but it was also chill enough to get work done. Best coliving experience ever! I plan to stay here again!
An incredible place to stay, with a strong sense of community and a diverse group of friendly, interesting people. The atmosphere is welcoming, and it’s easy to connect with others who share similar interests. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home and offers more than just a room, I’d highly recommend this coliving space to anyone!
Room was excellent; hosts were attentive and friendly; service was regular, high-quality, and flexible; the amenities (especially the pool) were great, and the effort put into curating a diverse, interesting group of people is definitely some of the best I've seen. Had a really great time and would absolutely recommend Evolve
I stayed with Evolve for a month and had an amazing experience! The house is super spacious and clean and has a certain charm about it. I stayed in a “solid choice” room overlooking the pool and it was super cozy with a large bed, armoire and desk. The people I met were wonderful; it was an international group and we all got along great, going out for meals together, cooking dinners in the kitchen, and having movie nights in then living room. The rooftop is lovely and we had an amazing New Years watching the firework show from it! The managers are super helpful and communicative and I had zero issues while I was there. I definitely plan to be back!
I stayed at Evolve from February till end of may and I had a blast. The landlord is present and very reactive/attentive. He really cares about the tenants. The people that go there are lovely, there is a sense of community. The house has a lot of amenities , pool, gym, jacuzzi, table tennis…
The only thing, in my opinion, it’s a little expensive. But it’s true you have a lot for your money.
And the furniture, in some cases, is a little old. But at the same time it adds to the personality of the house.
Overalls the experience is great and I recommend Evolve!
I recently spent seven months here, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The community atmosphere was outstanding, making it easy to form lasting friendships and connections. The house itself was always impeccably clean and well-organized, thanks to the attentive and dedicated staff. Living here felt like being part of a family, with plenty of events and activities that brought everyone together. Cooliving truly exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and well-managed co-living space.
