The overall atmosphere is cozy and garden is beautiful.European couple run this hostel. There were also many volunteers, so it was lively but sometimes noisy. They lent me a bicycle with broken brakes for a fee, and unfortunately I fell off once. I think staff should have responsibly their equipment. About facility ,I found some inconvenience. Only one bathroom at down stairs A three-story bed, the top one is hard to climb up and down
We really enjoyed our stay at Karma Hostel. The athmosphere is welcoming, calm and vivid at the same time. Dinner and breakfast were exceptional! Prepared with so much love. We would definitely come back. Thank you!:)
So we have been staying here for only one day, but it was an amazing experience from the minute we stepped into the hostel. Emanuela the host/owner met us at the reception being super friendly and welcoming. She showed us around the hostels property and then accompanied to the room. The other staff and volunteers were amazing in prepay breakfast and dinner. It was so delicious and had so many different options, i genuinely dont remember last time i had such tasty home-cooked meal. The cleanliness in the room and in shared bathroom and toilets was impressive! So tidy and so fresh. Definitely recommend 🩷
Wow ! What a spot guys ! Very unique place to stay at. I’m used to high end hotels but was traveling with friends and we stayed here. Cool vibes all across 🙌 I had a separate house with my own little kitchen and shower which helped but the shared option wasn’t bad at all! The owner is super cool and when hot water didn’t work in my room he offered a discount. They do have vegetarian breakfast and dinner - girls cook both themselves and it was super tasty! Super chilled vibes, very green , very friendly - I wished I could stay longer !
Karma Hostel in Georgia offers a cozy, laid-back vibe—perfect for meeting fellow travelers. The dorms are clean and comfortable, common areas are inviting, and there's a relaxed communal atmosphere. Located conveniently near key sightseeing spots, it’s great value for money. Friendly staff, decent breakfast, and helpful local tips make it ideal for solo or budget travelers.
I had an amazing stay at Karma Hostel! Special thanks to Lucas — he was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home from the very beginning. The atmosphere at the hostel was fantastic, full of great vibes and positive energy. I genuinely enjoyed every moment there. The breakfast was a real highlight — honestly, some of the best vegetarian food I’ve ever had. Everything was fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. Easily a 10 out of 10 experience! Although the rooms don’t have air conditioning, the ventilation was great with the windows open. The cool mountain air made the room very comfortable for sleeping — no need for A/C at all. The room itself was clean and cozy, and the overall environment of the hostel made it feel like a perfect place to relax and meet people. I’ll definitely come back the next time I visit Mestia in the north of Georgia. Thank you again, Karma Hostel, and especially Lucas, for a truly memorable stay!
My boyfriend and I got the chance to spend two nights at Karma hostel and we had the most beautiful time. Tucked away surrounded by nature it’s the best place to get away from the city. We loved everything about this place. What stood out to us the most were the cozy seating areas on the balconies and the beautiful garden, cleanliness everywhere, comfy beds, sweet animals and the wonderful volunteers who made us feel so welcomed. Very easy to make friends. The food they prepared was absolutely delicious and highly recommended! They really poured lots of love into it. If you don’t have a car you have to rely on hitchhiking or taking taxis to visit nearby spots. But due to the helpful and kind locals you won’t have any problems hitching a ride! Overall 11/10☺️ Can’t wait to be back.
