10/10 — Highly recommend to anyone visiting Medellín. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating, and my room is cleaned daily. There’s a fantastic restaurant where you can order high-quality food directly to your room. The amenities are superb — rooftop sauna, ice bath, and jacuzzi. Most importantly, the community and people staying here are awesome. There are a lot of entrepreneurs and highly motivated people who also want to enjoy life. Location Is Right next to the mall as well which has everything you need - restaurants, gym, café, etc.
The best condo I’ve ever stayed in for a short term rental as someone who travels 8+ times per year. Where do I begin, the staff is so polite, genuine and ready to meet your every need. The condo itself is incredibly clean all around. It has some of the best views in the city and the amenities are beyond! I do have to say the staff is what makes this place such a gem, 10/10 reccomend and I would definitely come back. A big thank you to Xavier Garcia as well who welcomed us and did an excellent job providing for us and giving us the best recommendations in Medellin during our 2 week + stay 🫶🏻
Everything feels high-quality without being over the top. The finishes, the cleanliness, the organization, you can see the attention to detail. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. It’s the kind of place where you can stay productive during the day and fully relax at night.
This isn’t just accommodation — it’s a curated experience. It feels exclusive yet welcoming. The common areas are stylish and functional, and the overall atmosphere is calm but sophisticated. I would definitely recommend it to friends looking for a premium stay in Medellín.
The apartments are amazing — they’ve really thought of everything! The gym, sauna, and co-working spaces are all super convenient, and the restaurant downstairs is absolutely delicious. The sense of community here makes it even better — everyone is friendly and welcoming. Once you come, it’s going to be hard to leave!
The best place to live at in El Poblado hands down. From the moment you arrive everyone at Kiin ensures you have a great experience. Everyone, the workers included, are like family. You get daily cleaning, weekly laundry service, have room food delivery and multiple coworking spaces… I mean what else could ask for? And not to mention the incredible views of the city and the jacuzzi, sauna and gym. It’s also a great place to network and meet people. They’re gonna have to kick me out because I don’t think I ever wanna leave! Highly highly recommend if you are looking for a place that has it all and feels like home :)
After three months at Kiin Living, I can confidently say it’s one of the best places to stay in El Poblado. I chose to stay here with the intention of focusing on my business while living abroad. In the process, I’ve made great connections with entrepreneurs and creatives, and a community that makes you feel at home right away. An environment where everyone is focused with their work. The staff at Kiin, from the front desk to the cleaning team, and even the staff at Moira restaurant downstairs are all super attentive and genuinely make you feel welcomed. As a solo female traveler, I feel safe at Kiin.
The amenities are fantastic: coworking lounges, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, plus weekly classes like yoga, Muay Thai, sound healing. They also host monthly events organized by María, such as hikes, which are a great way to connect with other residents. Laundry service and daily cleaning make life smooth in between sales calls.
Another huge plus is the location, Kiin is conveniently situated next to El Tesoro Mall and Amsterdam Plaza, also a short 5-10 minute uber from most places in Poblado like Provenza.
This has been a 10/10 living experience. I’d recommend it to any digital nomad or remote worker looking for a home in Medellín :)

Been living at Kiin for 3 months now. This has been one of the best places to live in terms of meeting new people and other like-minded entrepreneurs in addition to people working remotely. Everyone is very focused on self development making this a fantastic spot to grow together. You get what you pay for - I never have to worry about cleaning, dealing with laundry, or any other mundane tasks meaning I can fully focus on my business and enjoying my time in Medellin. The social aspect, coworking spot, and restaurant is a nice bonus too. Great, central location near Tesoro mall and 5-10 minute Uber from Provenza and Envigado. Amazing view of the city (probably the best in Medellin). Jacuzzi & Sauna on the roof, insane gym, and everyone working here is super friendly. Already applying for a Visa to stay here longer term. 5/5 stay here, or regret it forever.
