✨Kiin Living 💫
My husband and I spent seven wonderful months at Kiin Living and can’t say enough good things about it. From the moment we moved in, everything was effortless—fully furnished, pristine, and perfectly quiet. Just bring your clothes, and you’re all set.
The team across concierge, housekeeping, maintenance, laundry, restaurant, and security went above and beyond—warm, professional, and always making us feel truly cared for. It genuinely felt like a home away from home.
The amenities are top-tier: coworking spaces with blazing-fast Wi‑Fi, rooftop gym, sauna, spa, pool, and a cozy café (Moira was a delicious treat!)
- The thoughtful design and lush communal areas support both productivity and relaxation—perfect for anyone from remote workers to retirees.
- Living in El Poblado meant you’re just steps from El Tesoro Mall and a short ride to Provenza, yet far enough to maintain peace and quiet.
- The neighborhood’s energy, combined with the calm that Kiin offers, creates a truly balanced experience.
Every detail—from sleek interiors and balconies with city views, to daily wellness activities, pet-friendly policies, and spotless cleaning—is meticulously curated.
I wholeheartedly recommend Kiin Living for anyone seeking restful luxury, coworking ease, wellness, and genuine hospitality—all in one place.
🫶🏼🇨🇴🥰
The Kiin is my favorite place to stay in Medellin! And probably also the reason why I keep coming back!
In addition to the amazing amenities (rooftop jacuzzi, sauna, gym, and more), it’s the people at Kiin that make it so special.
Maria, Veronica, and everyone else there always greet you with a big smile and it really feels like family 😀
It also attracts many awesome expats from all over the world who are eager to connect.
Also can’t forget about the beautiful rooms and insane balcony views.
Until next time, Kiin 😀
I’ve stayed at KIIN 4–5 times in the last six months, and it’s easily the best long-term luxury stay I’ve found—anywhere. After traveling through nearly every digital nomad hotspot in the world, nothing compares.
The design is beautiful, the service is top-notch, and it’s perfectly set up for remote work. I’ve recommended it to a bunch of friends, and everyone’s loved it. If you're coming to Medellín, this is the place to stay.
I had the privilege of staying at Kiin Living as a digital nomad, and it’s easily one of the best experiences I’ve had anywhere in the world. The space is beautiful, the community is inspiring, and the amenities are next-level. From the rooftop views to the wellness offerings and co-working setup, everything is built to support productivity and peace of mind. I especially loved the proximity to El Tesoro Mall, the rooftop gym, sauna and pool, and the thoughtful design throughout. Moira—the on-site café—was a daily highlight.
Kiin is located just up the hill from Provenza, one of Medellín’s most vibrant neighborhoods filled with amazing restaurants, bars, and walkable streets. It’s close enough to walk or take a short Uber, but far enough to enjoy peace, quiet, and a sense of calm when you’re ready to relax. Personally, I loved being a little outside the chaos.
Location: Steps from El Tesoro Mall and minutes from Provenza.
Rooftop: Pool, gym, sauna, panoramic views, and space to unwind or work.
Co-working: Beautiful, spacious, incredible views of the city, and productive work areas.
Wellness: Yoga, Muay Thai, Pilates, sound healing, and more.
Café: Moira is one of Medellín’s best—great food and coffee.
Community: Perfect for founders, creatives, and remote professionals.
Staff: Bilingual, proactive, and genuinely helpful.
Cleanliness: Spotless rooms and shared spaces.
Great place to stay if you want to live and work in Medellin, they make your stay easy taking care of laundry and cleaning, amenities are great too gym is well equipped and sauna and jacuzzi are a plus. The building is new and very aesthetically pleasing. 10/10
