A hotel that I personally won’t repeat stay
Bedsheet and quilt cover having stains. Poor soundproof with train sound even already requested quiet room.
Poor ventilation, every single night your towel unable to air dry and become so smelly, but they don’t allow to change on morning of check out, insisting you have to pay like you are not more their hotel guest 🙄
Even HOTEL GUEST have to pay for RM5 parking fee PER ENTRY.
Malfunctioning TV, no channels at all and can’t even connect to your own HDMI. WiFi itself is slow, in addition Celcom and maxis line is so slow here. (Only one bar 4G), most of the time unable to load.
Very small room and toilet door that unable to lock.
Personally won’t repeat the stay.
Rooms are not soundproof. Noise can be heard from the trains, especially the rooms facing the tracks. Staff was very helpful and friendly, allowing us to change to another room upon request. Noise can still be heard but is tolerable. WIFI signal is strong. No necessities were given in the room. Only 2 in 1 shampoo and body wash were provided. Pantry area is redundant. No spare pillows as well. Bathroom shower drain was clogged in our particular room during our visit. Water is only available outside for refilling. Breakfast was a letdown too. Please think twice before booking your stay here.
I stayed 1 month for the second time and still love it
Staff very responsive.
Super clean place.
Gym with good equipments (I do workout 5 times a week)
Perfect for digital nomads.
Safe area also for night walks 👌
Booked a thinker studio for 1 adult (me) and I loved it ! Cleanliness, great ! Hospitality, great ! Convenience, awesome too! Location is strategic as it is nearby to malls and other places. 3 mins walk to KL Gateway should you need a place nearby to go to, but there's also like a food junction in front of the hotel with coffee shops and a mini grocery store. I personally love the ambience. I love that there's a laundromat, community kitchen and a lounge-like for you to do work and what not. Would definitely recommend this stay !
Room is not suitable for work, breakfast is bad. Other than that, the rest are quite nice: facilities, strategic location nearby to office buildings and LRT.
I will check in here every month to work, i like the location as it is walking distance to LRT and Bangsar south offices. There's many places to eat (restaurant , cafe, mak cik by the roadside) nearby here as well.
They have many cool facilities here including, pool, gym and a co-working space (RM10 if you stay here). They have a hot water dispenser on every floor which is convenient.
But the room itself is pretty meh, shower screen with door, causing the dry area to be flooded. The temperature of the shower is impossible to control.
If you are here to work then you are in for a bad time, the table is super small, internet is bad, you can't connect to the TV to use as a 2nd screen. So i was forced to pay RM10 for the co-working space.
Buffet is pretty meh, but im not paying for it, so it's fine.
-The location is quite good, close to the MRT station, making it convenient for travel. There's also a shopping center nearby.
- Hot water is plentiful with strong water pressure, providing a great shower experience.
- The bed is comfortable, which helps ensure a good night's sleep.
**Cons:**
- Basic toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrush, and simple shower supplies are not provided.
- The environment could use some improvement; there was an unpleasant odor in the closet.
- Parking requires an additional fee of five Rm
each time you enter or exit.
