Very unprofessional reception service! Bad service. Arrived at the hotel 6:30pm, very slow check-in and the reception told me have to wait 30min as my room is still not ready! I paid and reserve the hotel room one week before with check-in time 14:00. After 30min, I get my room, but when I went up to the room, the house keeping guy just start to clean up my room, what are you doing guy?! Go back to the reception and argue with them, at the end the supervisor said "upgrade" my room. I booked for "Dreamer one plus studio", the hotel said upgrade to "Thinker two type 1' Actually, it is not upgrade, it's "DOWNGRADE" my room!!! I travel the whole day, just want to have a short break, I have no choice and have to accept it. First time and will be my last time stay at this hotel!
I have stayed close to the 100 nights here in the past year. It would be an amazing place if not for the management’s lack of concern for guest safety. There is no door or screen or curtain separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom. This means the bathroom gets wet easily. And yet the housekeeping consistently forgets to put a floor mat back to the bathroom. Be prepared to slip or fall down. Have complained to front desk and manangement. Nothing has changed.
A bit outside of the main area but super easy to get into town as the metro is right there. It’s definitely more of a student location and I believe there are students living on site. That being said the accommodation was simple, breakfast was excellent. I suggest to ask for a quiet room upon check in as it’s quite close to the metro
Room was clean and comfortable. Stayed on a high floor with a great view. There was also a water cooler outside so no need to buy bottled water. Cons: - Power went out both nights of our stay, had to call someone to help us fix it. But they were prompt in sending help. - No dustbin in the room 😅 - Not near any train station so you’ll have to rely on grab to get around But overall was a great and affordable stay, will be back
Very comfortable stay with extraordinary service. Although I experienced an AC issue on the first day, the staff addressed it promptly. The technician was highly skilled and fixed the problem efficiently. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of the bridge connecting to Kerinchi LRT station. Overall, great service and a pleasant stay!
The room was much smaller than expected. Drinking water wasn’t provided in the room. You have to go to the corridor water station to get it. No toiletries were provided, only body wash. However, the room was clean and offered a stunning view of KL City, though the noise levels were quite disruptive, in our opinion. The staff were welcoming, and the included breakfast was decent.
We booked the Dreamer Studio and the Thinker Studio rooms, but both were smaller than expected. There were no toiletries or water bottles provided in the rooms. However, the rooms were clean and cozy with a great view. The food was excellent, and the location is convenient. Overall, good value for money.
