I recently spent three weeks at Mirante de Pipa while remote working with a group, and overall, it was a decent stay. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and quick to help with any issues. When my chalet's AC stopped working, they had it fixed right away. The village is surrounded by lush trees and wildlife, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for unwinding after work. This environment does mean you may encounter insects or small animals in your room, which might be a drawback for some. The WiFi worked well inside the chalets, however the connection in the kitchen area could be a bit slow at times, which made it less ideal for co-working. The location was a perfect mix of being walkable to everything you need, but tucked away from the busy main street.

Overall, it was very positive. I really enjoyed the property, staff, and services offered. The rooms could use some improvements, as it is easy for critters to get locked in, and rooms may need deeper cleaning. Access to additional towels, and basic household items like hand soap and paper towels would be a big bonus. Anna and Patricio were the highlights of my experience. They are both incredibly kind, attentive, and make you feel like family.

We stayed at Mirante for almost three months in two different houses. Both of them were very comfortable, providing everything you need, and had their own character. They had all necessary facilities, the one with a kitchen in addition to the regular equipment even had a blender and a toaster. Both of them had a very convenient coffee machine. In each of them we were able to stay connected with the nature on the one hand and be very close to the city center and all amazing bars and restaurants Pipa has on the other. The bar at Mirante itself is the best one in Pipa, with the splendid view. It is also worth mentioning that Mirante is a pet friendly hotel, and it is a good place for those who work remotely. Finally, one of the most important parts of our experience in Mirante was its team. People working there are super protectional, attentive and kind. Services they provided were of a very high quality. But also they provided support in all the inquiries with had concerning our trip to Brazil. They have all information and skills you might need and a big heart to help. Thank you Mirante! Cannot wait to come back!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, IT IS A SCAM. Absolute disaster. The most expensive suite is also located above the bar, where a massive concert stage is set up. That in itself would be fine, except that they start with music at 4pm until 8pm and sometimes until 10pm. My husband (who works with live music) used his equipment to measure the noise FROM THE SUITE - the result was 109 decibels, over twice the limit allowed as per state law in RN. Any doctor will tell you that exposure to such volume will result in hearing loss. Considering it’s a suite more expensive due to its jacuzzi, and that tides mostly mean beach time is over around 4pm, this meant we couldn’t use the jacuzzi exactly at the time where it would make sense. We had nowhere to hide. The owner was extremely rude and tried to disassociate herself by saying the bar is a different company. Being a lawyer myself, it took two minutes to realize that a) that doesn’t protect them of legal responsibility since the noise is happening inside her property and under her authorization and b) her husband is a partner in both hotel and bar. Long story short, we left after one night, found a much better hotel and as expected, Mirante de Pipa didn’t even have the decency of offering a refund. Two of my fellow lawyer colleagues specialized in public safety are working on our judicial complaint. Moral of the story: DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL if you don’t want to lose your hearing and if peace and rest is what you’re after. And I say this as someone who spent her 20s hopping from one party hostel to another - and yet I had never encountered something so loud. Also beware that the local population despises them for this very reason - the noise reaches streets several blocks away, where families of residents can’t scape it.

It was a marvellous stay, we definitely loved every single detail, being the only drawback that breakfast is not included in the price. The surroundings are unbelievably picturesque, full of nature and close to everything but be ready to take lots of stairs to arrive and to leave😋
