This “hotel” has decided to put me in there with a group of extremely loud and disrespectful group playing loud music until late at night. This is when I booked it to rest and work. They have promised me a refund for the days I was disrupted and my work was impacted but there is no sign of it despite I have repeatedly asked for it. I will delete this review once the refund is sorted as it was an awful experience more like some hostel with my bathroom also being outsized my room and did not feel like not a hotel. Another night the “hotel” also hosted a birthday big party on my last night and this poor Belgian man had bought food to make meals on the communal area to find out that it was occupied by middle aged family and their members until midnight. Not worth it.
Beautiful place with exeptionally welcoming and friendly stuff. The breakfast was delicious.
Only our room was a bit too small.
Nevertheless we had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much!
the main picture is a tad deceptive - it doesn't have a big pool, and there's only a small sea view, 90% of the view is of the back of buildings. And 'head office' are sometimes hard to communicate with. I write this as I was initially disappointed when arriving.
BUT the staff are absolutely lovely - probs spell wrong but particularly Pumla (smile to my face) & Jontae are great. And the rooms are modern, very clean, the breakfast is excellent. Location good too, feels v safe.

Excellent experience in this beautiful place. Good services with the staff, great breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good location, near by a excelente restaurant, beaches, etc.
I spent 3 nights at Neighborgood Camps Bay. The place was amazing, the room was nice and clean, you also get an ocean view. The lady who was in charge was also very professional, she was always friendly and she went an extra mile to make sure we are comfortable. The breakfast was also amazing, we got a breakfast buffet every morning. I will definitely go back again.
I absolutely loved my stay here. The views and location are everything. Breakfast is out of this world
We had a group of 22 members and Pamela really helped us from the beginning till the end.
It was a team building weekend in Cape Town and this venue catered for all of our needs

We stayed at this beautiful property for our wedding week with a large group of family and friends, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, spacious, and incredibly well-equipped to accommodate our group comfortably. Every detail had clearly been thought through — from the cozy bedrooms to the large, welcoming communal spaces where we could gather and celebrate.
The hosts were fantastic — communicative, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They even left some lovely personal touches that made us feel truly special on such an important occasion.
The location was ideal, peaceful yet convenient, and the grounds were stunning — perfect for photos and relaxing moments in between the festivities. It truly felt like a home away from home, and played a huge part in making our wedding weekend unforgettable.
I can’t recommend this place enough — whether you’re planning a big event or just looking for a perfect getaway with a group, this is the place to book!
