Amazing Stay with Great Amenities
I had a fantastic experience. The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautiful making it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, which made cooking meals convenient. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Teekay (As well as the other staff) assisted us and she was friendly and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the stay. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I would definitely return! Thanks a million Teekay and the neibourgood staff😍
The place is extremely clean and beautiful. Rooms are nice and comfortable. My only snag was I checked in 15.11.2024 just before 7pm and the gentleman who worked day shift NOT TOO FRIENDLY no greeting, he made me stand there refusing to assist me and advised the night shift guy not to take my picture. Other than that, my staff also loved the neatness and beauty of the hotel and 10 stars to the night shift guy I did not get his name but the staff loved him.
We chose this hotel primarily for its location, not knowing much about the area. It was our first time in Cape Town, and the place turned out to be perfect—not only because it was close to our office but also due to its proximity to numerous shops and convenient connections to other parts of the city. Practically every must-visit spot in Cape Town is within a 20-minute drive at most.
The room was very comfortable, and the cleaning service, as well as the reception staff, were outstanding. We will definitely be returning here in the future!
Had an amazing stay! The staff, from reception to the restaurant, were incredibly friendly, kind and hospitable. The rooms were fantastic—super clean with excellent WiFi. I loved the inspirational quotes on the wall. The modern decor created an all-around positive and happy atmosphere. City vibe with beautiful views, what a fab combo. I will definitely be back!
My husband and I recently stayed at Neighbourgood East City for the weekend.
The hotel itself is lovely and clean. The staff are super friendly and the check in process is easy. The breakfast was excellent and the location is quite safe and central. We had parked our car on the street in front of the building.
We experienced an electric fault in our room on the first night which resulted in all the plugs not working. This issue was inconvenient but was handled well by the staff. They were kind and accommodating, ensuring that our stay remained comfortable despite the hiccup. We were moved to a new room the next morning and received sincere apologies for the issue. We understand that these things happen and were grateful for how it was handled. We also received a discount on our next stay.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again.
