I had a wonderful stay in Cape Town and felt very comfortable in this building. The overall atmosphere was great, and I especially loved the convenience of having a café right next door—both a spot for breakfast and a smaller café directly attached to the building. The cleanliness was impressive, with rooms being cleaned daily and fresh towels provided regularly, which I really appreciated. That being said, there were a few minor downsides. The pool was often quite dirty, despite being cleaned daily. Somehow, it never really felt fresh after the cleaning, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, every Friday there was a “Late Runners Club” event that created a lot of noise, disturbing many residents. It was simply too loud and started way too early in the morning. Another small issue was the kitchen in the White House—it felt quite outdated and lacked some essential appliances, making it a bit challenging to cook there. In contrast, the kitchen in the Blue House was much more modern and better suited to the overall standard of the rooms. The air conditioning in the White House also didn’t work properly, which was another minor inconvenience. However, these were all relatively small issues that could be easily fixed. Overall, the beds were extremely comfortable, and everything else in the rooms was excellent. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning next year when I’m back in Cape Town!
First stay in Cape town. My girlfriend and I are working out here for a month. This was a perfect stay. Great co-working space in a lovely area of Cape Town - felt very safe. Rooms were spacious and clean. Nice cafe in the complex where you can get fresh pastries. There is also a run club that sets off just outside the Neighbourgood so great for anyone into their fitness wanting to meet people. Perfect first stay
It was good enough. I had some issues with privacy as my room was on the ground floor and anyone in the garden or the cafe (2-42), or those in the apartment building in the front could see inside if I don't shut the curtains... Also, I wasn't sure about the cleaning method of the flooring of the room; it was a little sticky from the detergent I think, they should use less detergent and more water when cleaning. But overall good location, nice atmosphere and decent room. I also appreciated pretty gift bag and a proximity to cafes.
I had a short and sweet visit at this location. It was peaceful qnd and intimate. The pool, kitchen and lounge areas are amazing.
I enjoyed myself at Neighbourgood Ravenscraig. It was clean, neat and there was a nice buzz of people working in the common areas. Cushty next door is delicious!
