This is a wonderful stop for anyone working or just visiting Cape Town. It is safe, in a central part of the city and there are always people staying there that are helpful and open. There are restaurants close by, making it easy to eat and move around. Very convenient.

The room was very dark and had no natural daylight at all. There was also quite a lot of mold in the bathroom, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, the staff came across as rather unmotivated and not very attentive, which is a shame. On the positive side, the neighbourgood community is very cool and definitely a highlight of the stay.

Decent price in a great location with self catering facilities, good sized rooms, quiet area and AC. However, the checkin is not manned, so be sure to have a South African phone with you if something goes wrong. Our key was not in the locker as the guest before us had put it elsewhere and nobody had checked it was there. A very low-price vibe where you don’t get any attention from management. The A/c seems broken in room 9, it keeps blinking and making a loud noise from time to time, without it the room gets very hot. The drain is also quite blocked in the shower and toilet is not screwed to the floor properly. The toilet paper holder must have been screwed up the wrong way, paper keeps falling off it and ends up behind the toilet… so place needs some serious TLC before the owners can keep cashing in as they are doing now with almost no service…

Pictures are miss leading. Place is not as nice as they advertise. Room was smelly and had no remote for the aircons. Location is great and also the service was excellent. Do think the place needs some TLC.

This is a comfortable, no-frills establishment. Location is convenient for access to public transport (MyCiti bus) and easy walk into Sea Point or the Waterfront. Effortless check-in. Great value.

Amazing stay! The check-in was smooth, the room was cozy and the area is extremely nice and quite. Would recommend both for a short and a long stay, definitely worth the money :)

Very quiet and chilled location that’s walkable from lots of nice places in Seapoint. The building itself is a bit tired but the bedding and linen all very clean

Beautiful place but bathroom needs attention, shower and basin both blocked so end up bathing.
